(Minghui.org) With the 2015 Chinese New Year fast approaching, supporters of Falun Dafa from around China sent in their greetings to wish Master Li Hongzhi a Happy Chinese New Year. This report includes 22 greetings from the following regions:
• Kaijiang County in Sichuan Province• Ürümqi and Changji in Xinjiang Province• Xiangtan City in Hunan Province• Qingdao City in Shandong Province• Jiamusi, Harbin and Daqing in Heilongjiang Province• Sanmenxia in Henan Province• Qinhuangdao City in Hebei Province• Longchuan County in Guangdong Province• Beijing• Datong City in Shanxi Province
The well-wishers include children, a retired steel group executive, lawyers, service men, internet monitoring agency employees, judicial system workers, and a family of five.
They usually have family members and/or friends that practice Falun Dafa. They have come to see that the Chinese Communist Party is wrong in persecuting the peaceful practice that has transformed so many lives. Many have quit the Party and its subordinate organizations.
A young woman in particular talked about her 80-year-old grandma in her greeting message. The elderly woman suffered from mental illness since a young age. She would turn into a totally different person in her sleep. Her family was often woken up by her crying, laughing, biting or beating that happened in the middle of the night. Several times she bit her granddaughter in her sleep, but remembered nothing when she woke up in the morning.
Many guests who stayed overnight were terrified by the grandma's nighttime behavior. Things however changed when one woman, a Falun Dafa practitioner, came to visit one night. She taught the grandma to recite “Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” before bedtime. To the family's surprise, the grandma slept like a log without exhibiting any strange behavior that night! The whole family wants to express their gratitude towards Falun Dafa and Master Li. They all wish Master Li a happy Chinese New Year!
