Additional Persecution News from China – November 6, 2015 (45 Reports)

(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 32 cities or counties in 11 provinces. According to this report, 83 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 76 practitioners were illegally arrested.

1. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Over Eighty Practitioners Arrested or Harassed

Since mid-October 2015, police officers and officials from several counties and cities around Dezhou City launched large-scale harassment against practitioners who have filed lawsuits against Jiang Zemin. By November 3, over 80 practitioners were harassed, up to 40 practitioners were detained or taken into police custody.

(1) 46 practitioners, in the Decheng District, known to have been arrested, harassed or whose homes ransacked

Practitioners who were harassed at home or whose homes were ransacked:Ms. Li Junping, Ms. Wang Yuqin, Ms. Meng Ms. Wu, Ms. Wang Shuying, Ms. Wang Aijun, Ms. Chen Ping, Ms. Liu Shuzhen, Ms. Zhou Guizhen, Ms. Zhang Baozhi, Ms. Liu Yueping, Ms. Liu Yuehong, Mr. Li Zongzen, Ms. Liu Guixiang, Ms. Liu Yuxiu, in her 70s, Ms. Liu Yufang, Ms. Wang Li, Ms. Wang Li's husband, Mr. Yu, and Mr, Yu's wife.

Practitioners who were taken to police stations:Ms. Li Huijun, Ms. Song Baolian, Ms. Chen Yuejuan, Ms. Guo Li's daughter, Mr. Huang Jianhua, Ms. Wang Shufen, Mr. Wang, and Ms. Peng.

Practitioners who were detained in the Dezhou Detention Center:Ms. Zhao, Ms. Guo Li (10 days), Ms. Zhao Shuping (seven days), Ms. Niu Guiju (seven days), Ms. Wang Shuying (10 days), Ms. Wu Yumin (seven days), Ms. Ren Wenlan (seven days), Ms. Liu Dazhen (seven days), Ms. Zhao Shujing (seven days), and Ms. Qu Xiuhua (three days).

Practitioners who were denied admission for health reasons:Ms. Chen Zhihua, Mr. Ge Zhiyao, Mr. Lu Wenrong, Ms. Dai Xiangyun, practitioner Fu, Ms. Zhang Wenyan, and Ms. Geng Jinhua.

A practitioner whose current situation is unknown:Ms. Wang Aijun.

(2) 19 practitioners, in Wucheng County, known to have been arrested, harassed or whose homes ransacked

Practitioners who were harassed at home or whose homes were ransacked:Ms. Ren Junai, Mr. Ren Dengfeng, Ms. Guo Xiufen, Ms. Shi Xiuzhen, and Ms. Yuan Weifang.

Practitioners who were detained in the Dezhou Detention Center:Ms. Liu Jifen, Mr. Meng Xiangqing and Ms. Sun Aixi.

Practitioners who were denied admission for health reasons:Ms. Wu Qing, Ms. Liu Jihua, Ms. Li Ailing, Ms. Kong Xiangli, and Ms. Chu Guiling.

Practitioners whose current situation are unknown:Mr. Fang Dezeng, Ms. Sun Yanju, Mr. Zhu Jiajun, Mr. Liu Wenguo, one from Dongchang Village, and one from Hegou Village.

(3) 10 practitioners, in Ningjin County, known to have been arrested or had their homes ransacked

Practitioners whose homes were ransacked:Mr. Liu Chunlai, Ms. Zhang Xiuping, Mr. Wang Fuli, Ms. Chai Hongfen, Ms. Wang Shuying, and an elderly lady.

Practitioners who were detained or taken into police custody:Ms. Liu Xiurong, 60, was detained in the Ningjin Lockup.Ms. Liu Jinshuang and Ms. Zhao Zhenlan, 70, were detained in the Ningjin Detention Center.Mr. Li Xiansheng (Ms. Liu Jinshuang's husband) was detained in the Dezhou Detention Center.

(4) Two practitioners, of Lingcheng District in Ling County, known to have been arrested or had their homes ransacked:

Ms. Gao Guoxiang's home was ransacked. She is 70.Ms. Dong Juan, 45 was taken to a police station.

(5) Three practitioners, in Laoling City, known to have been arrested:Ms. Wang Feng, Ms. Zhang Xia, and one practitioner whose name is not known.

2. [Sanhe City, Hebei Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Juyang Town Police Station showed up at Mr. Wei Lianrong's home on the afternoon of November 2, 2015, and arrested several practitioners who were studying Falun Gong teachings. Practitioners known to have been arrested are: Mr. Wei Lianrong, Mr. Zheng Changli, Ms. Jiang Guiling, Ms. Xiao Lihua, Mr. Ding Hairong, and Ms. Li Shuzhen.

3. [Liangshan County, Shandong Province] Mr. Xu Qiang Arrested

Officers from the Dongping Police Department arrested Mr. Xu Qiang and another elderly practitioner on the afternoon of November 4, 2015. They ransacked both practitioners' homes. The elderly practitioner returned home that night.

4. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chang Xiumei and Mr. Wang Bingming Arrested

Ms. Chang Xiumei and Mr. Wang Bingming were arrested on November 4, 2015.

5. [Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Three Practitioners Detained

Officers from the Tienan Police Station arrested Mr. Yan Jialiang at work on November 3, 2015. Mr. Yan's home was ransacked. He is held in the Horqin District Police Department Detention Center.

Ms. Xu Juan and Ms. Yue Liqun were arrested October 29, 2015. They are held in the Hexi Detention Center.

6. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region] Ms. Yang Cuiling Detained; Two Sisters Harassed

Ms. Yang Cuiling of Bairin Left Banner was arrested on the morning of October 30, 2015. She was detained in the Tianshan Detention Center in Ar Horqin Banner for 10 days.

Officers from the Longchang Town Police Station in Bairin Left Banner harassed Ms. Yang Cuiyan and Ms. Yang Cuixing on October 31, 2015. Two sisters were questioned about suing Jiang Zemin.

7. [Zhucheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Chen Xiuling Arrested

Ms. Chen Xiuling was arrested at work on November 4, 2015.

8. [Linqu County, Shandong Province] Ms. Xin Jianzhi Detained; Two Other Practitioners Harassed

Ms. Xin Jianzhi of Shanwang Town was arrested at home on the morning of October 27, 2015 by officers from the Linqu County Police Department for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated a computer, a printer, and Falun Dafa books. She is held in the Linqu County Detention Center.

Officers from the Linqu County Police Department ransacked Mr. Sun Zhicheng's home in Yinjiazhuang Village, Shanwang Town, on October 27, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa books.

Officers from the Linqu County Police Department ransacked Mr. Chen Baichang's home in Beigou Village, Shanwang Town, on October 29, 2015. They confiscated Falun Dafa books.

9. [Shenfang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Xiao Ying Detained

Ms. Xiao Ying was arrested on November 2, 2015. She was taken to the Shenfang City Detention Center.

10. [Yiyang City, Hunan Province] Ms. Cao Caixia Arrested

Ms. Cao Caixia and Ms. Zhou Fan were arrested by officers from the Ziyang District Police Department when they were distributing Shen Yun DVDs on November 3, 2015. Ms. Cao's home was ransacked. Ms. Zhou escaped.

11. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Yue Huiping Detained

Ms. Yue Huiping was arrested on November 3, 2015. She was taken to a detention center.

12. [Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province] Mr. Fu Yue and Father Arrested

Mr. Fu Yue and his father were arrested around November 3, 2015 by officers from the Lin'an Domestic Security Division for suing Jiang Zemin. They were taken to the Lin'an Police Station for interrogation. They were released that day.

13. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wang Yucai Detained

Mr. Wang Yucai, 64, from Quanyuan Community was arrested by officers from the local police station on November 3, 2015. He was taken to the Fangjialan Detention Center.

14. [Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Wang Xiuying Detained

Ms. Wang Xiuying, 54, was arrested and taken to the Yanta Detention Center on October 30, 2015.

15. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Hong Arrested

Ms. Li Hong was arrested at home by officers from the Renminlu Police Station in the Zhongshan District on the afternoon of November 4, 2015. She was taken to the police station. The officers confiscated all her Falun Dafa books.

16. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Cui Jiping Detained

Ms. Cui Jiping was harassed on November 4, 2015, and detained for seven days.

17. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Li Yuhua Arrested

Ms. Li Yuhua was arrested and taken to the Xinhua Police Station on November 4, 2015.

18. [Chongqing] Ms. Yan Huiru and Husband Taken to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Yan Huiru and her husband were taken to a brainwashing center.

19. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Lou Amei Missing

Ms. Lou Amei, about 70 from the Shenhe District has been missing since around November 3, 2015. The police ransacked her home and confiscated computer and other items.

20. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Di Lihua Detained

Shi Song and other officers from the Liushun Police Station broke into Ms. Di Lihua's home and arrested her on the afternoon on November 4, 2015. Ms. Di, in her 60s, was taken to the Harbin Detention Center for 15 days.

21. [Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Li Aiying Detained

Ms. Li Aiying was arrested by officers from the Criminal Police Division of the Qiqihar City Police Department on the evening of November 4, 2015. She was taken to the Donglu Police Station, and then to a detention center.

22. [Pengshan County, Sichuan Province] Mr. Xu Jianhua's Home Ransacked

Officers from the Pengshan County Domestic Security Division broke into Mr. Xu Jianhua's home and ransacked it on the morning of November 4, 2015. They confiscated an entire set (over 40) of Falun Dafa books and two computers.

23. [Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yuxia and Mr. Xu Changjun Arrested

Ms. Wang Yuxia from No. 10 Area in Daqing Village was arrested on November 4, 2015. The police ransacked her home and confiscated Falun Dafa books.

Mr. Xu Changjun was lured by officers from the Dong'an Police Department to go to the police department on October 30, 2015. He was arrested and taken to the No. 2 Detention Center.

24. [Suining City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Zhang Shifeng Arrested

Ms. Zhang Shifeng, 58, was arrested by officers from the Sanjia Town Police Station in the Anju District on November 4, 2015 for telling people about Falun Gong. The officers confiscated all her Falun Dafa books and printed materials.

25. [Kangping County, Liaoning Province] Eleven Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Zhennan Police Station arrested Ms. Jiang Xiufang and her husband Mr. Fu Lixin on November 5, 2015. The officers ransacked their home.

Officers from the Zhenbei Police Station arrested Mr. Bai Jingjie.

Ms. Chen Yuchun was arrested in town. Currently 11 practitioners are known to have been arrested, and about 100 practitioners were harassed.

26. [Gong'an County, Hubei Province] Ms. Long Dezhen Harassed

Officers from the Gong'an County 610 Office ransacked 66-year-old Ms. Long Dezhen's home on the afternoon of November 4, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. They confiscated a computer and one Falun Dafa book.

27. [Changle County, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Meirong Detained

Ms. Liu Meirong was arrested and taken to the Weifang Detention Center on October 30, 2015.

28. [Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Guo Xiuzhi Arrested

Ms. Guo Xiuzhi was arrested by Wu Jinlong, deputy director of the Xijie Police Station, on November 4, 2015. Wu confiscated a few copies of Falun Dafa books and some cash. Ms. Guo's whereabouts are unknown.

29. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Elderly Mr. Wang Xiangxing Arrested

Mr. Wang Xiangxing, 74, was arrested by officers from the Chengqu Police Station in Hanting on September 27, 2015 for posting a “Global public trial of Jiang Zemin” banner. The officers ransacked his home and confiscated over 100 copies of Falun Dafa books, a music player, and other items. He was later released.

Officers from the Chengqu Police Station confiscated one copy of Zhuan Falun and some printed materials again from him on November 1, 2015.

30. [Jimo City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Hua Arrested

Mr. Wang Hua was arrested on November 2, 2015 by officers from the Pudong Police Station for suing Jiang Zemin.

31. [Yishui County, Shandong Province] Several Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Yishui County Domestic Security Division and the Chengbei Police Station arrested Ms. Liang Guizhen, her daughter, and Mr. Zhao Kegui on October 22, 2015. The mother and daughter are held in the Linyi Detention Center. Mr. Zhao is detained in the Yishui Detention Center.

The officers arrested Ms. Yang Baoli and her husband on November 5, 2015.

32. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Yanjie Detained

Five officers from the Huanggu District Police Department arrested Ms. Zhao Yanjie on the morning of November 3, 2015. They ransacked her home and confiscated a DVD burner, Falun Dafa books, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. Ms. Zhao was taken to the Shouquan Police Station and then to the Zaohua Detention Center that evening.

33. [Heyuan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Jie Liping Arrested

Ms. Jie Liping, 58, of Puqian Town in the Yuancheng District went to the Puqian Post Office to mail her lawsuit against Jiang Zemin on the morning of November 5, 2015. She was arrested by officers from the Heyuan City Domestic Security Division. Her home was ransacked.

34. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Ailan Taken to Prison

Ms. Sun Ailan was taken to the Liaoning Women's Prison on October 27, 2015.

35. [Tianshui City, Gansu Province] Seven Practitioners Detained

Officers from the Maiji District Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Zhang Suihong, Ms. Zhang Jiuro, Ms. Wang Caifeng, Ms. Zhang Fengqin, Mr. Yang Youlu, Mr. Xian Puxiong, and Ms. Kang Yueju. The seven practitioners are detained in the Maiji District Detention Center.

36. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Jiang Chuanhong Detained

Mr. Jiang Chuanhong, 61, was arrested and taken to a detention center on October 13, 2015.

37. [Changyi City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Xiufen Detained

Ms. Li Xiufen, of Xijintai in Shibu Town, was arrested by officers from the Weifang Police Department on October 26, 2015. She is detained in the Weifang Detention Center.

38. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Baohua Detained

Mr. Wang Baohua was arrested and taken to the Binhai Detention Center on November 3, 2015. His home was ransacked.

Ms. Wang Chunfang was arrested on the afternoon of November 2, 2015 for distributing Falun Gong informational materials. Her home was ransacked. She is being held in a detention center.

Ms. Zhao Yuxia and Ms. Zhao Hengying were arrested.

41. [Dongying City, Shandong Province] Mr. Liu Haibo Detained

Mr. Liu Haibo was arrested at work by officers from the Bindong Domestic Security Division on November 5, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers confiscated a desktop computer, a notebook computer, two printers, Falun Dafa books, and photos of the founder of Falun Gong. Mr. Liu is held in the Binhai Police Department Detention Center.

Ms. Qu Lianxiang was arrested at home and taken to the Sitaizi Detention Center on November 2, 2015.

Mr. Hu Qibin is detained in the Jinyun County Detention Center.

44. [Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province] Ms. Zhou Haiqiong Arrested

Ms. Zhou Haiqiong, 40, went to Guangzhou on the evening of November 1, 2015. She was arrested at the Zhaoqing Train Station by officers from the train station's police station because the officers found she had some Falun Dafa materials.

Mr. Liu Jiancun's home was ransacked. The police confiscated his ID card, over 10 copies of Falun Dafa books, Minghui Weekly, a copy of his lawsuit against Jiang Zemin, an address book, a bank card, paper currency with printed messages about Falun Gong, and three MP3 players.

45. [Tianjin] Three Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Fengtai Town Police Station, Ninghe County, arrested Ms. Li Chunyan and Mr. Zhang Jianwen on November 5, 2015 for suing Jiang Zemin. The officers also arrested Ms. Chang Shuyan.
