(Minghui.org) Before the Dragon Boat Festival, I thought that everyone would hang up a lantern. However if we would hang a banner on the tree that reads, “Falun Dafa is Wonderful,” that would truly be great.
I went out and bought a piece of cloth, which was a few meters long. A fellow practitioner and I made 36 banners that said “Falun Dafa is Wonderful.”
I asked another practitioner to help me hang the banners on both sides of the street on the evening of May 4, 2015. We walked in the dark along the street and stopped from time to time to hang a banner. Then, without any warning, I was knocked down by a speeding car.
My fellow practitioner said later that she heard a loud sound behind her, as if two trucks were in a head on collision. When she looked back, both the bicycle and I were lying on the roadside. A sedan stopped after another 20 meters and a young couple got out of the car. The man was dumbfounded and the woman could not speak for a while.
Predestined People Learn about the Movement to Quit the CCP
However, I had not heard anything and was unconscious for a moment. Only when I came to my senses did I realize that I was in an accident. When I saw the two young people walk towards me, I did not think about my pain. I only thought that I had a predestined relationship with these two and that Teacher had brought them, so I could tell them about Dafa and ask them to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.
I asked them if they had heard about the quit the CCP movement. My fellow practitioner and I then talked to them about Falun Dafa and the persecution.
My fellow practitioner told them to remember, “Falun Dafa is wonderful” and “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is wonderful,” when they face danger. The couple quit the CCP and then wanted to take me to a hospital.
“Our practitioners only do good things for others. Don't bother, I am fine,” I said.
It was very late, so I suggested that they go home. I told them that my Teacher protects me and I would be fine. They left, but after a few steps, the woman suddenly came back, gave me a big hug and kissed my face.
Paid Back Large Debt
When the car hit me, it drove at around 70 miles per hour. The car's windshield was broken and its rear view mirror and the front bumper had broken off, yet I was not that badly hurt. My left arm was bleeding. I had a few scratches and my clothes were torn around my waist.
I am certain that I paid back a large debt through this accident. Without Teacher's protection, I would have died.
When my fellow practitioner saw that blood seeped through the cloth she had wrapped around my arm, she suggested that we go home. However, I said that I would only go home once we had hung up all the banners.
At home, I quietly changed my clothes and then went to bed. I had not told my family about the accident because they were not practitioners, and I was afraid they would not understand.
When I woke up the next morning, I could not move, and my hands and wrists were swollen. I just told my family that I fell. On the third day, my arm was back to normal and 10 days later, I was back on my bicycle.
Deep down in my heart, I was very glad that I had an opportunity to tell two people about Dafa and that they quit the CCP.
I told my family and friends about the accident, but not until later. I wanted them to hear about the extraordinariness of Dafa.
