(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 26 cities or counties in 12 provinces. According to this report, 7 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 9 practitioners were illegally arrested.

Ms. Luo Xinping was recently sentenced to a four-year prison term by the Wuzhong City Intermediate Court.

Ms. Zhang Lihui was detained at the Weizigou Detention Center in Changchun City on September 7, 2014.

Mr. Xia Yuanxin was arrested and taken to the Dongling Prison in Shenyang City on September 16, 2014.

Ms. Wang Lanfang was sentenced to a three year and seven month prison term by the Jintan City Court and the Changzhou Intermediate Court on June 10, 2014. She was taken to the Nanjing Women's Prison on September 12, 2014. She is in critical condition because of being tortured.

7. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Shuyu and Mr. Zhang Hongjun Arrested
Ms. Liu Shuyu and Mr. Zhang Hongjun were arrested by officers from the Wendeng City Domestic Security Division, Li Benhai from the 610 Office, and plainclothes officers from the Huanshan Police Station on the afternoon of September 17, 2014. The police confiscated their computers.
8. [Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province] Seven Practitioners Sentenced
Sixteen practitioners were arrested by officers from Qinhuandao City on June, 10, 2013. Seven of them were sentenced: Mr. Zhang Xingang and Mr. Zhao Guohua were sentenced to a two-year prison term, which was commuted to three years of probation.
Ms. Li Xueying, Ms. Wang Xin, Mr. Wang Yong, and Ms. Zhang Shuzhen were sentenced to an 18-month prison term. Ms. Gao Jihong was sentenced to a two year and six month prison term.
9. [Baicheng City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zou Yufang Sentenced
Ms. Zou Yufang, who is being held at the Baicheng City Detention Center, was sentenced to a four year and six month prison term by the Daan City Court on September 9, 2014.

Ms. Tu Yuchun and Ms. Du Lanping were arrested at Ms. Tu’s home by a dozen officers from the Lanzhou City Police Department on September 15, 2014. The police also ransacked Ms. Tu’s home. Ms. Tu is being held on the fifth floor of the police department.

Ms. Wang Yurong, 51, was arrested at home by officers from the Lanzhou City Domestic Security Division on September 15, 2014. The police also ransacked her home.

Ms. Zheng Jun was arrested at home by officers from the Lianyungang City 610 Office and local police station on September 17, 2014. The police ransacked her home. Her whereabouts is unknown.
13. [Dezhou City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Jianping Arrested
Ms. Wang Jianping, from Gucheng County, Hebei Province, was arrested at Dezhou City by officers from the Kaifaqu Police Station when she was on her way to Cangzhou City on September 17, 2014. Her car and personal items were confiscated.
14. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Diao Yuqin Transferred to Harbin No. 2 Detention Center
Ms. Diao Yuqin, arrested on August 20, 2014, was recently transferred to the Harbin City No. 2 Detention Center.

Ms. Wan Qiaoyun, in her 60s, was arrested on September 15, 2014.

Mr. Zhang Jian and Mr. Zhou Zhengquan were monitored and subsequently arrested by officers from the Yunxi District Police Station on the evening of September 14, 2014, for distributing informational materials about the persecution of Falun Gong.
Mr. Zhang was taken to the Changlian Detention Center on the morning of September 16, 2014. His Falun Gong books were confiscated.
Mr. Zhou escaped from the police station in the afternoon.

18. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Sun Jinjun in Critical Condition
Ms. Sun Jinjun was arrested by officers including Wang Dengchan, captain of the Domestic Security Division of the Tiexi Police Department, and Chang Yongchun from the Yongle Police Station on July 21, 2014. She was held at the Anshan City Women’s Detention Center.
She became too emaciated to walk on her own and was recently transferred to the Anshan City Mental Hospital because of having been tortured in that detention center. However, the Domestic Security Division of the Tiexi Police Department still refused to release her despite being in such critical condition.
19. [Yinchuan City, Ningxia Province] Ms. Yang Jinxia Arrested
Ms. Yang Jinxia was arrested on the afternoon of September 16, 2014.
20. [Zixing City, Hunan Province] Ms. Xie Liping Detained
Ms. Xie Liping was arrested by officers from the 610 Office on September 16, 2014. She is being held at the Chenzhou Brainwashing Center.
21. [Usu City, Xinjiang Province] Three Practitioners Sentenced
Mr. Ma Chengying, Mr. Yang Wanjun, and Mr. Zhang Chengjun were sentenced to a six-year, five-year, and three year and six month prison term respectively on July 7, 2014. They all appealed to the Tacheng Prefecture Intermediate Court.
