Ms. Liu Yingcai Incarcerated in Xingtai Brainwashing Center

(Minghui.org) Ms. Liu Yingcai was again illegally arrested and taken to the Xingtai Brainwashing Center on August 7, 2014.

Arrested, Homes Ransacked, and Fined

Ms. Liu Yingcai, Ms. Wang Kelan, Ms. Liu Xiangrong, and Ms. Li Chunjing went to the Temple Fair in Gequan on May 4, 2014, to talk to people about the persecution of Falun Gong and were arrested by officers from the Shiliting Police Station and the Zhangcun Police Station at 2:30 p.m. They were taken to the Domestic Security Division of the Shahe City Police Department.

Officers from the Shiliting Police Station and the Domestic Security Division ransacked the practitioners' homes at around 2 a.m.

No one was at Ms. Li's home, so the police climbed up her neighbor's balcony to get in. They stole 6,400 yuan (three years of savings), a cell phone, a new watch, and two printers.

The four women were fined 2,000 yuan each before they were released the next day.

The police went to the homes of the four practitioners on August 7 and harassed them again. Ms. Liu was later arrested and taken to the Xingtai Brainwashing Center.

All four practitioners are employed at the Gequan Coal Mine Company.
