(Minghui.org) Officers from the Domestic Security Division and the Police Station in the Heping District, Shenyang City, arrested Mr. Ouyang Hongbo and Han, another Falun Gong practitioner, on July 16, 2014. It is unknown why or where this arrest took place. Then they raided Mr. Ouyang's home without a warrant, taking his computer, printer, Dafa books, and other personal belongings. Mr. Ouyang's wife works out of town and was not at home. His 82-year-old father was home alone.
According to his wife, Mr. Ouyang called her on July 15 and told her that he might come for a brief visit. She never saw him, and on July 17, she could not reach him. She then learned that he had been arrested.
This was not Mr. Ouyang's first arrest. On March 8, 2007, officers from Yangguan Police Station, Dongling District Shenyang City arrested him. He was tried secretly by the Shenyang Middle Level Court Gaoxinkaifa Sub-court, located on Changqing Street, and sentenced to three years for “disturbing the order of society.” He was released in 2010.
Mr. Ouyang Hongbo, 47, abides by the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. After his mother passed away, he took on the responsibility of taking care of his elderly father. Since his wife works out of town, he cleans and cooks for his father.

Mr. Ouyang and his wife came together because of their faith. Now, Chinese Communist Party thugs are threatening to look for his wife as well. His elderly father is home alone without anyone to care for him.
Mr. Ouyang is being held in Shenyang Detention Center.
