Argentina: Buenos Aires Residents Take a Stand Against Organ Harvesting Atrocities in China (Photos)

(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Buenos Aires go to Chinatown, in the Belgrano area, every weekend to clarify the truth about the practice, and expose the persecution taking place in China. This past weekend, practitioners focused on taking surveys about the ongoing persecution in China, especially about forced organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners.

On July 18-19, 2014, Chinese Communist Party head Xi Jinping visited Argentina. Media coverage during Xi's visit completely overlooked China's gross human rights violations, especially the atrocities against Falun Gong, which have taken thousands of innocent lives.

Practitioners in Buenos Aires asked people if they were aware of the situation in China, and asked for their views concerning the persecution, forced organ harvesting, and the lack of media coverage of human rights violations.

The practitioners also collected signatures for the Doctors Against Forced Organ Harvesting (DAFOH) campaign, which calls upon the United Nations to investigate and help stop the CCP's forced organ harvesting atrocities.

Jimena said, “I signed because it terrifies me–especially the part about the organs. Really, it's unbelievable that without consent, without any rights, they kill people. I believe there are a lot of horrible things happening in the world and we cannot let them happen.”

Carlos: “I think it is a shame. I am not surprised [that the media did not cover this issue].”
