Deputy Director Asks Me to Help Him Quit the CCP
Just about all of my acquaintances know that I practice Falun Dafa, so I am aware that if I want to validate the Fa, my behavior must strictly be in accordance with Dafa's requirements at all times. I work in a government organization. It is usually the directors and heads of departments who come to work on time. Some employees don't even come to work on a regular basis. As a practitioner, I go to work on time every day and I’m always first to arrive at the office. Every morning, I clean the desks, chairs and the floor.
The toilets at work were dirty and smelly, so I bought a toilet brush and some cleaning materials, and scrubbed it thoroughly. My colleagues were impressed by my actions and some of them even commented that Falun Dafa is good, as they waited outside the restroom door.
I try my best to attend colleagues' family events so that I can talk to them all about Falun Dafa and help them withdraw from the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) organizations. As my work unit belongs to the government, many people there were CCP members. But nearly every one has now quit the CCP. Even the managing director has quit the Party.
One of the deputy directors came into my office one day. I hadn't had a chance to clarify the facts to him before. He came to me and said, “I want to talk to you.” When I asked him why, he said, “Come to my office and help me withdraw my Party membership.” I was very surprised that he said this in front of my other colleagues. I couldn't help but say, “Are you kidding?” He told me that he was serious and wanted to use his real name to quit, and not an alias. Afterward, he said, “Please come to my office tomorrow, I'd like to talk to you some more.”
When I returned to the deputy director's office the next day, he told me that he had arrested and beaten Falun Dafa practitioners when he was the Party Secretary of a township. He heard that he would be punished for actions, and wanted to know what he should do about it. I told him to write a solemn declaration to state that what he did in the past was wrong, and that he regrets his actions, which he did.
Head of the Domestic Security Division Releases Falun Dafa Practitioner
One day, a practitioner from another city was arrested while she was in our area distributing truth clarification materials. We worked very hard for a full month to get her released, but to no avail.
While sending forth righteous thoughts my compassion emerged, when I wanted to clear the bad elements behind the head of the local domestic security division. I could see his early life clearly. When he was several months old, his father died of leukemia and his mother re-married. His grandmother brought him up in his uncle's home. Thinking of his life and the suffering he has been through, I was shedding tears. I knew that I must clarify the facts to him, otherwise he would be eliminated by heaven because of his participation in the persecution.
I decided to write a heartfelt letter to the head of the local domestic security division. My eyes filled with tears as I wrote about his family. I let him know the consequences of persecuting Dafa practitioners. I told him about Hao Fengjun, a police superintendent from the Tianjin 610 Office, and Chen Yonglin, a former Chinese diplomat who both openly quit the Party. I told him about the staged Tiananmen Square Self Immolation incident, the stone in Guizhou Province that has the Chinese characters “Heaven eliminates the Chinese Communist Party” inscribed on it, and about how Falun Dafa has spread to over 100 countries around the world. My letter was eight pages long. I urged him to release the practitioner. I wrote to him with sincerity and a pure heart.
Two days later, I called the head of the local domestic security division and asked if he had received my letter. I told him that I wrote it with tears in my eyes. He said that he had read it from beginning to end. When I asked if he would release the practitioner, he replied: “I have already released her. She was released the day before I received your letter.” I thanked him and told him that he had done the right thing and would accumulate virtue for his actions.
I realized that I was dissolving the old force factors behind him when I was writing the letter two days ago. Thank you Master for strengthening and protecting practitioners.
