(Minghui.org) On July 17, 2014, a rally was held on the West Lawn of the U.S. Capitol to mark the 15th year of the persecution of Falun Gong. At the rally, Mr. Wang Zhiyuan, speaking on behalf of the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), warned that “all perpetrators in the persecution of Falun Gong will be brought to justice.”

Addressing transplant surgeons in mainland China who have participated in harvesting organs from live Falun Gong practitioners, Mr. Wang warned, “You know that large numbers of people are being killed on-demand for organs; you know they are Falun Gong practitioners. You should also know the consequence of these crimes!”

According to Mr. Wang, WOIPFG has collected and will soon release a partial list of individuals suspected of participating in the organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.Mr. Wang Zhiyuan, Head of WOIPFG, at the rally last week marking 15 years of the persecution of Falun Gong

Holding Perpetrators Accountable

As of July 1, 2014, WOIPFG has issued over 5,000 notices of investigation and published 251 investigative reports. The reports contain more than 5,300 pieces of evidence indicating the systematic and genocidal nature of the Chinese Communist regime's persecution of Falun Gong.

Mr. Wang also stated that WOIPFG's list of suspects includes 6,016 organizations and 12,555 individuals belonging to Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Committees, Political & Legal Affairs Committees (PLAC), and 610 Offices at different levels, as well as public security bureaus, procuratorates, courts, prisons, and labor camps.

He added that the list is “updated regularly and submitted to various concerned organizations, government agencies, judiciary bodies, media groups, and international courts to assist the judicial proceedings around the world against these suspects.”

“No Place to Hide”

Mr. Wang said that WOIPFG tracks CCP officials who have actively participated inthe persecution of Falun Gong. When such an official leaves China, the organization can “locate them and assist the victims and international attorneys to start the judicial proceedings against these suspects.”

To demonstrate the effectiveness of this system, Mr. Wang referred to examples of officials who have been successfully served with legal documents while staying abroad, including the former head of the “Leadership Team to Handle Falun Gong Issues” at the Chinese Academy of Science, the former Jilin Province Party chief, the director of the Guangdong Bureau of Reeducation Through Labor, and a member of the Politburo Standing Committee who used to be the minister of propaganda.

“Do the Right Thing”

Concluding his remarks, Mr. Wang reiterated, “WOIPFG calls for immediate actions by the governments of all countries, organizations and people to thoroughly investigate the CCP’s crimes against humanity.”

Mr. Wang also urged those participating in the persecution to “do the right thing to make up for what you’ve done,” including reporting and publicizing the abuse of illegally detained Falun Gong practitioners in China.

He warned, “The excuse of 'following orders' cannot justify your actions. Just like the Nuremberg trials...each participant must assume his or her own responsibility.”
