(Minghui.org) Today's news from mainland China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 19 cities or counties in 8 provinces. According to this report, 9 practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 21 practitioners were illegally arrested .

1. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Ms. Zhu Shuyun Detained

Officers from the Changchun City Police Department and the Luyuan Police Station, including officer Gao Jun, went to Ms. Zhu Shuyun's home on the morning of March 4, 2014. They arrested Ms. Zhu and confiscated her cash and other personal items. She is being held at the Changchun No. 3 Detention Center, and her family hasn't been allowed to see her.

2. [Beijing] Ms. Song Fengyuan Detained

Ms. Song Fengyuan, 70s, was arrested by the Fengtai District Yuegezhuang Police Station officers on March 4, 2014, and her home ransacked. She is being held at the police station.

3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Ma Jingchuan Arrested

Officers from the Luan County Domestic Security Division arrested Mr. Ma Jingchuan (who was on his way to Tangshan City) on the morning of March 3, 2014, because he had Shen Yun DVDs in his car.

4. [Beijing] Mr. Song Xiehan and Mr. Zhu Arrested

Officers from the Shunyi and Dongcheng Districts and the security bureau arrested Mr. Song Xiehan, in his 80s, and Mr. Zhu at Mr. Zhang Siyun's home on the afternoon of February 27, 2014. They ransacked Mr. Zhang's home and confiscated Falun Gong books and several hundred yuan in cash with truth clarification messages printed on them.

5. [Beijing] Ms. Geng Arrested

Ms. Geng, in her 70s, was arrested on the afternoon of March 26, 2014.

6. [Changli County, Hebei Province] Ms. Lang Shuying and Ms. Hu Rimei Arrested

Ms. Lang Shuying and Ms. Hu Rimei were arrested by officers led by Chen Yonggang from the Changli County Domestic Security Division on March 6, 2014.

7. [Baishan City, Jilin Province] Ms. Liu Yujie and Ms. Zhang Liying Detained

Ms. Liu Yujie and Ms. Zhang Liying were arrested by officers from the Dongxing Police Department on the morning of March 26, 2014, because they talked to people about Falun Dafa and the persecution. Four policemen later ransacked Ms. Liu's home. Both women are being held at the Baishan Detention Center.

8. [Linqing City, Shandong Province] Elderly Practitioner Ms. Ma Arrested

Ms. Ma, about 80, was arrested at home by officers from the Sanli Police Station on the morning of March 7, 2014. They confiscated her computer, a printer, and informational materials about the persecution of Falun Dafa.

9. [Laizhou City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zang Kuidong Taken to Brainwashing Center

Mr. Zang Kuidong was arrested on the way to work, and taken to the Dianzi Brainwashing Center by officers from the 610 Office on the morning of March 4, 2014.

10. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Wang Yuying and Ms. Wang Yunrong Detained

Li Xiaokui from the 610 Office and officers from the Daonan Police Station arrested Ms. Wang Yuying and Ms. Wang Yunrong on the afternoon of March 6, 2014. They confiscated their computers and printers. Both women are being held at the Cuiluan Detention Center.

11. [Nongan County, Jilin Province] Three Practitioners Arrested

Mr. Yu Xingkun was arrested on February 28, 2014. He was released after being held for 15 days.

Ms. Sui Guofeng's husband (who doesn't practice Falun Dafa) and two other practitioners were also arrested on February 28, 2014, and released the next day.

12. [Feicheng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhu Hongqin Arrested

Ms. Zhu Hongqin was arrested on March 6, 2014.

13. [Liuhe County, Jilin Province] Ms. Li Yongzhen Tortured

Ms. Li Yongzhen is currently held in the 8 ^th Ward of Changchun Women's Prison. She is being tortured on the death bed and forced to sit on the floor for a long period of time after she wrote a letter to the warden about the persecution of Falun Dafa.

14. [Wuwei City, Gansu Province] Mr. Ma Shengzhong Sentenced to Three-and-a-half Years

Mr. Ma Shengzhong was sentenced to a three-and-a-half-year prison term by the Liangzhou District Court in the end of 2013.

15. [Tianjin] Ms. Wang Heting and Ms. Lanchao Detained

Ms. Wang Heting and Ms. Lanchao were arrested by plainclothes officers on March 6, 2014, because they posted informational materials about the persecution of Falun Dafa. They are being held at the Ji County Detention Center. Officers led by the village director later went to their homes and confiscated a computer from each place.

16. [Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Yang Min Detained

Ms. Yang Min was arrested by officers from the Shangzhi Police Station of Daoli Police Department on February 27, 2014, when she distributed Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs. She was held at the Harbin City No. 3 Detention Center for 15 days.

17. [Zhuozhou City, Hebei Province] Ms. Shang Qing Detained

Ms. Shang Qing was arrested by officers from the Domestic Security Division of Zhuozhou City Police Department on the evening of February 25, 2014. She is being held at the Zhuozhou City Detention Center.

18. [Tianjin] Mr. Yao Zhiwang Arrested

Mr. Yao Zhiwang was arrested by officers from the Liusong Town Police Station on March 7, 2014, because he talked to people about the persecution of Falun Dafa.

Ms. Wu Fengqin was arrested by plainclothes officers on March 7, 2014.

20. [Luoyang City, Henan Province] Ms. Chen Xiufang Detained

Ms. Chen Xiufang was arrested on March 2, 2014, because she had Shen Yun Performing Arts DVDs and paper bills with truth-clarification messages on them. She is being held in the Detention Center of the Luoyang Railway Police Department.

21. [Tuanfeng County, Hubei Province] Ms. He Qiuhua Detained

Ms. He Qiuhua, in her 70s, was arrested at home by Yu Tao and Liao Zhigang from the Qinshaodong Police Station and Li Yanbin from the Finance Department on January 14, 2014. They confiscated 1,400 yuan in cash and truth-clarification materials. She was held at the Huangtugang Detention Center for ten days.

22. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Zhang Xiuhua Arrested

Ms. Zhang Xiuhua was arrested at home on March 6, 2014.
