(Minghui.org) Editor's note: below is a letter from a reader in Shanxi Province, who shared the miraculous experience of his father.
My father had acute abdominal pain one day last fall. He was ashen-faced and felt weak all over his body. The doctors diagnosed him with anemia and sent him home after two weeks of hospitalization.
He developed similar symptoms again not long afterwards. This time we took him to a bigger hospital, where we were told he had colon cancer. The doctors cut open his abdomen but decided to do nothing after assessing his conditions. They explained that any attempt to remove his tumor would damage his kidney and liver.
My father was wheeled back to his ward, with a catheter attached to him. During the next few days, he remained in a coma with a fever above 102F. My younger sister and I were extremely worried.
A relative came to visit us upon learning of my father's cancer. He told us only Falun Gong (also known as Falun Dafa) can save us. He taught us to recite “Falun Dafa is good, and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good” and helped us quit the Chinese Communist Party and its affiliated organizations.
In no time, my father's fever subsided, and he regained consciousness. Despite doctors' objections, we checked him out of the hospital.
He was able to eat normally as soon as we returned home. The incision on his abdomen also began to heal. That relative of ours gave my father an MP3 player to listen to audio lectures by Master Li, the founder of Falun Gong.
Before we knew it, my father sat up and got off the bed. He started walking around in the courtyard before moving out to the street. The catheter bag went from full to half empty to eventually empty. He soon ditched the bag altogether. The incision was fully healed, too.
My father, now 64, is able to ride his bike and do all the farm work without any trouble.
It is Master Li who saved our father. Our whole family is deeply indebted to Master Li! Thank you, Master Li!
