(Minghui.org) As a teacher of a night self-study class I'm responsible for helping students with their schoolwork.
I had the chance to clarify the truth and persuade the students to quit the Chinese Communist Party (CCP)'s affiliated organizations during one such class.
I had a ten-minute break one night after finishing the first self-study session and was in the classroom checking the students' work. Suddenly, I heard a shout, “Falun Dafa!”
A student was shouting, “Falun Dafa is good!” I thought, “This is a chance to persuade these students to quit the CCP's affiliated organizations. I asked him, “Do you want to know more about Falun Dafa?” He said he did.
About six students came to listen. I said, “Falun Dafa is really great. It is important that you quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers!” They said that they hadn't joined the Youth League.
I said, “China's elementary students have to join the Young Pioneers and middle school students have to join the Youth League, so that just isn't true.” They replied immediately, “We'll quit then!”
I realized that there wasn't enough time to do everything right then, because the next class was getting read to start. I said, “I'll give everyone a good alias to help you quit. Is everyone OK with that?” They answered, “Yes, we'll quit!”
Just then the bell rang. They shouted, “Falun Dafa is good!” as they headed back to their classroom. This all took place within about three minutes.
After the second session, a list with about 20 signatures was handed to me. The students on the list also wanted to quit the Youth League and Young Pioneers.
Those students asked me to tell them more about Falun Dafa after the third session.
