Solemn Declaration
I went to Beijing in December 2000 to protest the persecution of Falun Dafa. I was arrested and sentenced to one year of forced labor. I did not study the Fa diligently and my righteous thoughts were not strong. In the labor camp, I was afraid and wrote the repentance statement under pressure. I let down Teacher and left a stain on my cultivation. I am full of remorse.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I do not submit to the old forces' arrangements. I will resume practicing Dafa and make up for the losses that I caused to Dafa. I will cherish the opportunity to cultivate, follow Teacher's precepts, do the three things well, and walk well the last leg of cultivation.”

Solemn Declaration
While I was detained in a forced labor camp twice, I was afraid of torture and said and wrote things disrespectful of Dafa and Teacher. After I was released, I was questioned by the police. I was afraid of being arrested again, so I said and wrote things disrespectful of Dafa and Teacher.
When attempting to return to my former job and later looking for another job, I had the attachment of seeking comfort, I again said and wrote things disrespectful of Dafa and Teacher.
Teacher is compassionate and has not given up on me.
I solemnly declare: “Everything I have said and done that does not conform to Dafa is null and void. I will follow Teacher's precepts, upgrade my xinxing, let go of my attachments, do the three things well, make up for the losses that I have caused Dafa, and be diligent from now on.”
