(Minghui.org) I have recently been released from illegal detention and I am delighted to be able to get on the Minghui website. I have noticed how the truth clarification materials there are more exciting and better produced.
From reading some practitioners' sharing, I believe they are more vivid and interesting, with more points of view and diversity in style.
Mainland Dafa practitioners have seemed to rely more on Minghui editors to provide truth clarification materials, and have been a bit “absent” on producing our own.
Master told us:
“I think that you should, first of all, realize the importance of a Dafa website’s effect. This site is created to clarify the truth, to expose the evil’s persecution, and to save the world’s people.” (“To the Clear Harmony Website of Europe” in Essentials for Further Advancement II)
In my understanding, there should be more first hand experience sharings from practitioners in mainland China to use as materials in the truth clarification brochures and leaflets. The articles should be short and precise. Each and every practitioner has their own stories to tell. During the process of Falun Dafa spreading around in China, and the dozen plus years of resisting the persecution, how many moving experiences have there been? All of them are able to save people, but most of our mainland practitioners have not paid close attention to this, and did not provide those sharings to Minghui.
Currently, the more encouraging news mainly comes from overseas practitioners and their progress in truth clarification work. More good news also comes from mainland China, but mainly focuses on news such as lawyers defending Falun Dafa practitioners and citizens using thumbprints to sign petitions in support of practitioners and so on.
With information from mainland China focusing on exposing the evil persecution, I believe that sentient beings might need more interesting and positive material. Not only to help them learn about the persecution, but to also show them the wonders of Dafa and the righteous thoughts of practitioners. In this case, materials with vivid experiences can help to validate the Fa.
When we clarify the facts, each of our conversations will surely be different due to the differences in our character, wordings and angles in which we approach each sentient being, but all will contain the power of the Fa. If we are able to recall and provide information from our own experiences of various sorts to the Minghui website, they would certainly have the effect of saving sentient beings.
People do admire and envy practitioners, and are interested in such topics, as they do not have these experiences and enlightenment. If we could share our experiences of righteous thoughts and actions, show the wonder of Dafa and the grace and dignity of practitioners, the strong persuasive power of truth clafification materials would help to save them.
However, we must not have the mentality of showing off. We should not expose our personal details, and should pay attention to safeguarding fellow practitioners' safety, their projects and other related information.
I think fellow practitioners who edit Minghui truth clarification leaflets have to face such a overwhelming quantity of information on a daily basis, but they are limited by their manpower, the variety of writing styles of articles, and the source materials. Plus in the overseas environment, they might not be able to understand the subtlety of the mentality of those in China. If mainland Chinese practitioners can cultivate away the heart of relying on others, pick up their pens, recall their moving experiences in their cultivation process and provide them to the Minghui website, I believe our truth clarification materials will be more abundant, interesting, full of righteousness and wisdom, and be capable of saving more people!
