(Minghui.org) A Suibin Court judge in Hegang City created an eternal injustice in 2012 when he sent an upright, noble Dafa disciple to prison for five years. His name is Yuan Yulong, and he is from Fujin City Heilongjiang Province. He is currently held in Jiamusi Prison.
The following are few stories about Mr. Yuan Yulong.
1. Store owner surprised by Mr. Yuan's honesty
One day, Mr. Yuan Yulong went to buy fertilizer. When he unloaded the truck, he realized there was an extra bag. He asked his child to return it. The store owner was moved: “I have owned my store for many years, and have never encountered such a thing before! Thank you!” The child replied: “My father asked me to return it. He practices Falun Gong.”
2. A grateful customer
It was Autumn, and every household was harvesting sunflower seeds. One day, after someone collected 14 bags of seeds from Yuan Yulong's home, they paid him the price of 14 bags, but only loaded 13 bags.
When Yuan discovered that, he followed them all the way to the other side of the village. The man was not happy: “Didn't I give you enough money?” Yuan replied: “Yes, you paid me, but you forgot one of the bags of seeds. Here you go.” The man was very moved: “You are wonderful, thank you so much. I work hard and sometimes I'm not able to earn even 100 yuan a day.” Yuan replied: “I practice Falun Gong and my Master encourages me do things this way.”
3. Returning extra money
Yuan Yulong opened a store and charged reasonable prices to be fair to everyone. He also collected horsetail for sale, all in fair trade. One spring, he collected horsetails in a village and sold them in the city. After he came back, he discovered that he was overpaid by several hundred yuan. He went back to the city and returned the money, even though the round trip was over twenty miles.
4. “You are so honest!”
Yuan Yulong went shopping with his wife in the city. A shirt cost 30 yuan, so he took out a fifty, and the owner returned 70 yuan to him. Yuan replied that she made a mistake. “Really? You gave me one hundred and I returned 70 to you.” Yuan smiled: “But I gave you fifty yuan.” The owner was delighted: “You are so honest! The next time when you come, I will give you the wholesale price. You are so kind!”
Yuan replied: “Dafa is good, my Master taught me so.” From his words and deeds, the owner saw the goodness of Dafa. Whenever they met again later, they warmly greeted each other as if they were relatives.
From these stories, it is evident what an upright and noble person Yuan is. Before his cultivation however, Yuan Yulong had a short temper and he was also very picky. One day his wife cooked something he did not like, so he threw it out the window. After he obtained Dafa in 1996, he benefited greatly both physically and mentally. He no longer has a hot temper, is no longer picky with food, and is no longer preoccupied with personal gain.
Such a noble man was sentenced to prison for five years. He went on hunger strikes twice to protest the injustice. The first strike lasted 8 days, and he began his second strike in December of 2012. Yuan Yulong is innocent. When his lawyers, Jin Ying, Gao Yumin and Yang Shuzhen defended him in court, the judge was also very clear that he was innocent, but still sentenced him to prison.
