(Minghui.org) On January 1, 2013, twenty-seven Falun Gong practitioners in the Tumuji Labor Camp in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region filed a joint complaint to the Procuratorate, stating that they are innocent, and that the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) persecution of Falun Gong is unlawful.

Under illegal detention, practitioners used the law to validate Falun Dafa, expose the persecution, and safeguard their rights. They hope that just lawyers will defend them, stand up for justice, and stop the evil persecution.

The Complaint Letter

Dear Procurator:

According to the rights given to them by the Constitution, nearly 30 Falun Gong practitioners being held in the Tumuji Labor Camp in Jalaid Banner, Hinggann League, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, are filing a joint complaint against their illegal detention and persecution.

According to Article 33 of the Constitution of the People's Republic of China, all citizens are equal under the law.

In Articles 35 and 36, the Constitution allows citizens the freedom of religious belief, speech, press, association, and demonstration.

In Article 37, the Constitution provides that citizens shall be inviolable, and unlawful detention and deprivation or restriction of citizens' personal freedom is prohibited.

In Article 79, the Constitution rules over administrative as well as local laws, rules, and regulations.

According to the Constitution, we believe that the persecution and punishment of Falun Gong practitioners violates the law, and constitutes criminal behavior.

Departments persecuting Falun Gong practitioners “justified” the persecution claiming it was “the use of a cult organization to undermine the enforcement of the law” in Article 300 of the so-called “Criminal Law.” However, of all the cult organizations listed, Falun Gong isn't among them. The labeling of Falun Gong as a cult was based on Jiang Zemin's interview with a French journalist in October 1999. The People's Daily News published a commentary the next day. The other media controlled by the CCP subsequently followed the trend of fraudulence to frame and tarnish Falun Gong. But Jiang Zemin's words cannot represent the law. Later, to legitimize this labeling, the CCP introduced explanations from the “Two Supremes,” that is, the Supreme Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. But they were merely explanations, not laws.

For the past 13 years, in accordance with Article 300 of the “Criminal Law” and Jiang's wishes, the Chinese judiciary under the CCP has conducted wanton arrests, house searches, and sentences using the most evil and vicious means against Falun Gong practitioners. As a result, countless Falun Gong practitioners have lost their lives and families, and had no homes to return to. Many of them were injured, handicapped or became mentally incapacitated.

In March 2006, the ex-wife of a surgeon in the Chinese and Western Medicine Thrombosis Hospital of Sujiatun exposed the hospital's shady involvement in harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs, and selling them for profit. The incident aroused great concern from the international community. Jiang Zemin and Luo Gan were sued in other countries for crimes of torture, genocide and crimes against humanity.

In early 2012, Wang Lijun, former Vice Mayor and officer of the Public Security Bureau of Chongqing City, leader of the CCP police force, and a direct perpetrator in harvesting Falun Gong practitioners' organs, disguised himself as a woman and fled to the US Consulate in Chongqing City. He was later apprehended and imprisoned by the CCP. When still in power, Wang published a paper called “Human Organ Transplant,” which had nothing to do with his profession as a police officer. His boss, Bo Xilai, was also imprisoned for his involvement in the persecution of Falun Gong.

The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong is well established. Its mission is to find and investigate all individuals, groups or organizations involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, no matter how long it takes, and administer justice.

Falun Gong practitioners have faced over 13 years of great difficulties and inhumane persecution, yet they have not given up. With great compassion, tolerance and indestructible faith, they have peacefully and rationally told people the truth about the persecution. “As long as the persecution continues, the protest to expose the persecution won't stop.”

The Tumuji Labor Camp has forced Falun Gong practitioners to write so-called “Repentance Letters” or “Guarantee Letters” to force them to give up their faith. When they refuse to write the letters, they are locked up in solitary confinement cells and supervised by inmates. Guards, using the incentive of reduced prison terms, instigate inmates to beat, yell at, intimidate, insult and shock practitioners with electric batons. Guards deprive practitioners of the right to talk with one another, and don't allow them to practice the exercises or write on paper. Practitioners don't even have the right to know the time.

We strongly demand:

  1. Immediate and unconditional release of all detained Falun Gong practitioners.

  2. Tracking down all parties involved in criminal acts against Falun Gong practitioners

  3. Compensation for Falun Gong practitioners' physical, mental and economic losses.

  4. Redress of Falun Gong and our Master.
