(Minghui.org) Since I started practicing Dafa, my family and I have had many amazing experiences.
August 13, 1998, was an unforgettable day for me. That day I seriously started reading the treasured book Zhuan Falun that I had gotten two years earlier. Two days later when I was reading Lecture Six, I felt a Falun in my lower abdominal area that continued rotating irregularly. I was very surprised and thought, “What the book says is real!" I had not finished reading the book and had not learned the exercises, but Master already installed a Falun for me. It was truly amazing!”
I regretted not reading the book earlier and that I had wasted two years. After I studied Master’s other articles, I realized that the Buddha Fa focused on predestined relationships. Master arranged this a long time ago.
Only one month after I began my cultivation, Master cleansed my body. I had a high fever, severe cough, sore throat, and a horse voice. One evening I felt extremely bad, and I had a dream. In the dream, I spit out a hard, dark thing into my hand. I told my husband, “See, Master removed the root of my sickness. This is from my cancer.”
Although this was a dream, it was so vivid that it was just like it really happened. Since then I experienced big changes in my body. Before I cultivated, I had chronic hepatitis, tuberculosis, Meniere’s disease, and other problems. But now all those ailments were healed.
My face used to appear grayish yellow, but now I looked very healthy, and I was full of energy. All of my relatives and friends said I had changed and was a different person. They all complimented Dafa, and some of them started to practice it.
My Husband Told Others the Truth about Dafa and Was Rewarded
My husband was a key local government officer. On July 20, 1999, the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) started to persecute Falun Gong. Sometimes my husband had to attend meetings that involved this effort. One day in August, he came home from work and told me, “This morning we had a meeting, and they wanted to get rid of all Falun Gong practitioners in all departments and companies.
"The personnel department leader told me privately, 'I heard that your wife practices Falun Gong. She should give it up now.' I told him, 'I support her practice--it is good for her health. She used to have such poor health, but after she began practicing Falun Gong, her health greatly improved. Falun Gong is not like what it says on TV.'”
That is how my husband clarified the truth about Dafa. Soon after, Master saved him from disaster.
My husband was in the habit of doing morning exercises in the park. One morning in late August, he went to the park as usual but soon came home. I asked him why he was back so soon. He said, “It was so strange! When I went to cross the road, I did not see any traffic. But just as I got to the middle of the road, a motorcycle carrying two baskets full of pork struck me at full speed and knocked me down. The driver didn't see any witnesses around, so he drove away.
"The strange thing was that after I was knocked down, my head and feet were held up, and only my back touched the ground, and I spun around. I got up and found that both my bones were fine, and I saw no injuries. At that time I felt no fear, but later I was afraid, so I decided to come home.”
I said, “It was Master who saved you. He eliminated this disaster for you. Otherwise, being in your 50s, you would have fractured something or might have even died after being knocked down by a heavy motorcycle. When Master and Dafa were slandered and practitioners repressed, you spoke the truth and were therefore protected by Master and Dafa.”
More Rewards for Supporting Dafa
While the CCP has persecuted Falun Gong, my husband has dared to resist the pressure, followed his conscience, continued to support my practicing Falun Gong, and been rewarded.
In September 2004 his lower back suddenly started to hurt. The pain was unbearable, and he was really sweating. He went to the hospital, and they discovered he had five or six stones in each kidney. They administered drugs via an IV all night to try to control the pain.
However, the side effects of the drugs made him to dizzy, throw up, and have no energy. He came home and continued getting injections for the next four or five days.
The side effects continued, and he had pain again. At that time it was already 11:30 a.m. I said, “It is already lunch time and people have now gone out and are not at work. Without help I could not get you to the hospital. But I can play Master’s lecture for you. If you accept it and believe it, you will be healed.” I played Master’s lecture, and he accepted it immediately, but he still asked me to get some funds for him to go to the hospital in the afternoon.
Half-an-hour later, I came in from the kitchen to play the other side of the lecture tape, and he was asleep. I played three tapes for him. At approximately 2:30 p.m. I woke him up to eat. He woke up and said, “I am fine now. No pain, no dizziness, and no urge to throw up. I do not need to go to the hospital because I am completely fine!”
Government officials have medical exams at the end of the year. When they examined my husband, they said he was healthy and that both of his kidneys were free of stones and were normal.
He said, “It's so miraculous. I had five to six stones in each kidney. But after I listened to three of Master’s lecture tapes, the pain stopped. I did not notice when the stones passed, so how did they disappear? How did my kidneys return to normal?” I told him, “Master removed the root of your illness in other dimensions.” Seven years have passed, and his lower back pain has not returned. He is healthier than before.
I have cultivated Dafa for 14 years. Many miraculous things have happened in my house. The above incidents are evidence that Falun Dafa is a righteous way. When one person practices, the whole family benefits.
