(Minghui.org) A Minghui website report on October 1, 2013, stated that Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Cheng Lijing of Nong'an County, Jilin Province, was arrested on June 5, 2013, and then physically abused in Gucheng Police Station. One of the police officers attempted to tear off her clothes as Ms. Cheng cried out in objection.
Tang Ke, head of the Domestic Security Division, ordered her handcuffed behind her back. Tang introduced himself, “My name is Tang Ke, head of the Domestic Security Division. I made a name for myself on the Minghui website--I'm the one who killed practitioner Yu Changli.” Ms. Cheng refused to answer any questions, so Tang and seven other officers forced her down, then twisted her arm behind her back up to her head. Ms. Cheng fell unconscious from the excruciating pain.
Most murderers attempt to conceal their crimes. However, this Domestic Security Division head proudly claimed to be a murderer. Sadly, he isn't the only ruthless criminal who has participated in the persecution and murder of Falun Gong practitioners. The following cases have been reported on the Minghui website.
Other Victims
Ms. Zhao Xin , a faculty member at Beijing University of Business and Industry, was arrested in Zizhuyuan Park on June 19, 2000, while doing the Falun Gong exercises. She was taken to the Qinghe Detention Center of the Haidian Police Department and severely beaten. The force of the blows fractured her neck, paralyzing her immediately. She was taken to Haidian Hospital, where she passed away on December 11. Another practitioner was imprisoned in Haidian Detention Center around the same time. An officer who was interrogating her said, “Who cares if a Falun Gong practitioner is beaten to death? I have beaten five of them to death. Zhao Xin was one of them.”
Ms. Li Weiji was arrested on January 13, 2002, by Lingkong Police Station officers of the Tiexi District, Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Ms. Li went on a hunger strike to protest this persecution. Officers then tortured her: they tied her to a chair, struck her head, crushed her toes, kicked her, and hit her legs with a metal pipe. Two officers were sent from the Tiexi Branch Office of the Police Department to participate. One told Ms. Li, “I'm the one who beat Mr. Zhong Hengjie to death.” The other one added, “Beating (Falun Gong practitioners) to death won't be blamed on us – it's recorded as suicide.” The first officer then dragged Ms. Li and struck her face.
Ms. Huang Yuping of Fushun, Liaoning Province, was taken to a police station on March 28, 2006. Officer Wan Quan announced, “I'm the one who beat Ms. Wang Xiuxia to death.” Ms. Wang's husband, Mr. Sun Hongchang, was being tortured on the second floor at that time. Ms. Huang heard his terrible cries as he was beaten until his legs were broken.
Mr. Xiong Wende from Yingcheng, Hubei Province, was taken to the Langjun Police Station in July, 2007 – simply for explaining the facts about Falun Gong to local residents. Li Jingbo, the police station associate director, claimed, “I'm the one who beat Mr. Zhan Wei to death.”
Unconscionable Arrogance
Zhao Shimin, a Zhengyang Police Station officer in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, was directly involved in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. All practitioners taken to his police station were subjected to the same treatment. He would grab some rope and shout, “Do you confess? If not, I'll tie you up and throw you into the furnace. Nobody will know. I'm the one who killed old Ma. We can kill Falun Gong practitioners without being held responsible.”
The arrogance of these murderers is simply unconscionable. They appear to fear nothing due to the Jiang Zemin regime's policy of protection in carrying out the persecution: Torturing Falun Gong practitioners to death without blame or responsibility--and recording these acts as suicide--is standard practice for these "public officials." How can they even boast about this?
The Jiang regime not only launched the persecution, but also rewards its accomplices with promotions, thereby supporting their heinous acts, even to the point that they believe that they are rendering a great service by beating Falun Gong practitioners to death.
It is this evil policy of persecution that has created such ruthless and insolent murderers.
