(Minghui.org) Around the 2011 Chinese New Year holiday, our entire family went to visit my brother-in-law. I decided to grasp the opportunity to clarify the truth about Falun Dafa to him. He was the only family member who had not yet withdrawn from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and its affiliated organizations.
After lunch, I invited him to converse with me in another room.
I said: “Your brother and I have been practicing Falun Dafa for so many years. You have already witnessed great changes that Dafa has brought us, such as high moral values and harmony within the family. Falun Dafa is good! Do not believe what the state-owned media is claiming. The CCP is defaming Falun Dafa, and the Tiananmen Square self-immolation incident was staged by the CCP to defame Falun Dafa.
“You had better not be involved in persecuting Dafa practitioners. Heaven will eliminate the CCP. Please consider quitting the Party to save your life and have a bright future!”
This time, he finally agreed, saying, “Please help me withdraw.”
Two months later, I received a phone call that he was in the emergency room with a serious wound. My husband and I rushed to the hospital and found that he was in surgery. Later, his doctor explained to us that he was in critical condition due to excessive blood loss and a severe head wound.
I pleaded in my heart, “Master, please save my brother-in-law!” I believed that he would pass the critical period, since he had already understood the truth about Dafa and quit the CCP.
I also told his wife, “When you return home tonight, sincerely beg Master for help.”
The following morning, we learned that my brother-in-law was out of danger. Our entire family was excited and relieved.
The previous night, while in a coma, he had a peculiar dream. He said: “A person was standing behind me and then pushed my back. Then he sent out a powerful energy. I felt hot, and a warm flow traveled from my legs to my head like electricity. At first, the flow was black, and then it became white. A few minutes later, I was sweating all over, but I felt wonderful!”
He added: “Now I really believe in Falun Dafa! Thank you so much, Master, for giving me a second life!”
While listening to him, I could not help but repeat again and again in my heart, “Thank you, Master!” My own belief in Dafa and Master became even more firm through this experience.
