1. [Chifeng City, Inner Mongolia] Mr. Wang Zhigang On the Verge of Death
Mr. Wang Zhigang from Shulan City was arrested on December 21, 2012, by officers from the Chifeng Police Department and Aohan Banner Domestic Security Division while installing an NTD Television satellite dish receiver. He is being held at the Aohan Banner Detention Center. He has been brutally tortured and is on the verge of death.
2. [Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zhu Yishun Detained
Mr. Zhu Yishun, in his 60s, was arrested on the evening of December 31, 2012, by officers from the Luoxi Police Station while speaking with people about Falun Gong in Luoxi area, Panyu District. He is being held at the Shawan Detention Center in Panyu District.

3. [Huaying City, Sichuan Province] Several Practitioners Arrested
Several practitioners, including Ms. Xiao Yun, Ms. Li Xiazhen, and Ms. Wang Anchun, went to the Lushi Police Station on December 5, 2012, to request the release of a fellow practitioner, Ms. Zou Yunzhu, who had been arrested. The practitioners were taken into custody by the police.
4. [Cangzhou City, Hebei Province] Mr. Teng Yuquan Detained
Mr. Teng Yuquan was arrested on December 31, 2012, by Changguo Town Police Station deputy director Wang Zhongxiang and other officers while handing out calenders that contained information about Falun Gong in Bimeng Village, Changguo Town, Huanghua City. His van was confiscated. Mr. Teng is being held at the Huanghua City Detention Center.

5. [Beijing] Mr. Tan Yucheng Sent to Forced Labor Camp
Mr. Tan Yucheng from Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region was arrested in early November 2012 by officers from the Haidian District Police Department while he was working in the Haidian District, Beijing. The police confiscated his two laptop computers. Mr. Tan was sent to a forced labor camp to serve a 2.5-year term.
6. [Chongqing] Ms. Liao Shulan Taken to Prison
Ms. Liao Shulan and Ms. Hua Shufang were arrested on May 30, 2012, by officers from the Dandu Town Police Station while handing out informational materials about Falun Gong. They were incarcerated in the Changshou District Detention Center. Ms. Hua was subsequently sentenced to 3 years in prison, and Ms. Liao to 3.5 years in prison. Ms. Liao was taken to a women's prison at the end of 2012.
7. [Shenyang City, Liaoning Province] Three Practitioners Detained
Ms. Wei, Ms. Kuang, and Mr. Chu Guoli were arrested on December 27, 2012, by officers from the Xinghua Police Station in the Tiexi District. They are being held at the Santaizi Detention Center.

8. [Qingyang City, Gansu Province] Ms. Wang Xihui Arrested
Ms. Wang Xihui was arrested on December 31, 2012, by officers from the Xifeng District Police Department while speaking with people about Falun Gong in Donghu Park. She escaped the next day.
