Ms. Dong was arrested again by police on May 18, 2012. She was sent to the Shijiazhuang Brainwashing Center and persecuted there. The reason for her arrest is that Ms. Dong was not completely transformed while she was detained in the Shijiazhuang Brainwashing Center in 2008. She did not write the “three statements” to give up practicing Falun Gong before she was released. The CCP personnel wanted to transform her completely this time.
