(Minghui.org) Today's news from China includes incidents of persecution that took place in 27 cities or counties in ten provinces. According to this report, 14 Falun Gong practitioners were subjected to mistreatment during their detention, and at least 32 practitioners were illegally arrested

Mr. Nie Zhongjiang from Jiangbeixinjilin, Jilin City, and Mr. Lao Guantou from Beiqipan were arrested on the evening of May 29, 2012.

Ms. Ming Yanbo, Ms. Liu Yuhai, Mr. Chu Zhongjia, and Mr. Geng and his wife were arrested the same day and their homes ransacked.

2. [Shulan City, Jilin Province] Mr. Shao Baoqing and Other Practitioners Arrested

Director Sun and other officers from the Huancheng Police Station in Shulan City arrested Ms. Liu Chunjie and Ms. Guo Xiuqing on the evening of May 29, 2012, and confiscated Falun Gong books and informational materials about Falun Gong from their homes. Ms. Liu and Ms. Guo were taken to a forced labor camp the next day. They were not admitted because they both had high blood pressure and so were released.

Five agents from the Shulan City Domestic Security Division and the Pingan Police Station arrested Mr. Shao Baoqing in Songshugoutun, Pingan Town, Shulan City, on the afternoon of May 29, 2012.

5. [Fuyang City, Anhui Province] Mr. Wang Xuebin Held in Bozhou City Police Department

Mr. Wang Xuebin from Fuyang City is over 70 years old. He was detained when he went to the Bozhou City Police Department to explain the facts about Falun Gong around May 28, 2012. Officers from the Fuyang City Police Department ransacked his home on the evening of May 29 and confiscated his Falun Gong books, informational materials about Falun Gong, and cash to the value of over 10,000 yuan.

6. [Weifang, Shandong Province] Mr. Ma Heng Arrested

Mr. Ma Heng, 68, is from Shuangmiao Village, Beicheng Community, Weifang Economy Development Zone. He was arrested at home by officers from the Xuanwujie Police Station on the afternoon of May 29, 2012

7. [Shouguang City, Shandong Province] Mr. Zhang Mingzhou, His Wife and Young Sister Recently Arrested

8. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Lawyer Mr. Wang Yonghang in Critical Condition

Mr. Wang Yonghang's wife, third sister, elder brother, and second sister's husband went to Shenyang City to visit Mr. Wang on May 28, 2012. They saw that the wound on Mr. Wang's right foot, a result of an officer's beating the day of his arrest, had not recovered after three years and was infected. He was also suffering from tuberculous pleurisy and is in a critical condition.

9. [Tianjin] Ms. Zhang Jiamin Arrested

Ms. Zhang Jiamin from the Baodi District in Tianjin was arrested by four officers from Niujiapai Township in the Baodi District on the afternoon of May 30, 2012. She is being held in the Niujiapai Police Station.

10. [Weihai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Li Haiying and Ms. Wang Arrested

Ms. Li Haiying and Ms. Wang from Zhang Village, Weihai City, were arrested in Qin Village, the Gao District, Weihai City, on May 30, 2012.

11. [Xiang County, Henan Province] Ms. Song Yumei Arrested

Ms. Song Yumei, over 50, is from Jianzhuang Village, Yingyang Town, Xiang County. She was arrested at home by four agents from the Xiang County Political and Legal Affairs Committee and the Domestic Security Division on the afternoon of May 30, 2012. Several Falun Gong books, informational materials about Falun Gong, and other items were confiscated. Ms. Song is being held in the Xuchang City Detention Center.

12. [Foshan City, Guangdong Province] Ms. He Sifeng Taken to Brainwashing Center

Over ten agents, including the local village head and others from the local community committee and officers from Yanbu, Huangqi, and other areas in Dali Town, the Nanhai District, Foshan, barged into the residence that Ms. He Sifeng was renting and arrested her on the morning of May 31, 2012.

13. [Pingshan County, Hebei Province] Mr. Cang Fei, a Primary School Teacher, Suspended from Teaching

Mr. Cang Fei from Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang City, is a teacher in a primary school. He was reported by a student's parent for explaining the facts about Falun Gong to students. As a result, the Pingshan Education Bureau authorities suspended him from teaching recently and Mr. Cang was subjected to questioning.

Ms. Wang Chunyan from Dalian City was arrested by officers from the Dafangshen Police Station on May 29, 2012, and taken to the Dalian City Detention Center the following evening.

16. [Lanzhou City, Gansu Province] Ms. Wang Caixia Taken to Gongjiawan Brainwashing Center on the Morning of May 31, 2012

17. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Wang Huanyou Arrested

Officers from the Gongyeyuan Police Station in Mengyin County and agents from Mengyin Town barged into Mr. Wang Huanyou's home in Caozhuang Village, Mengyin Town, on May 22, 2012; confiscated a copy of Zhuan Falun and a computer; and took Mr. Wang to the Gongyeyuan Police Station. After having 3,000 yuan extorted from him, Mr. Wang was released. Now they are forcing Mr. Wang to go to the Mengyin 610 Office and undergo brainwashing every day.

18. [Dingxing County, Hebei Province] Ms. Liu Yanzhi Sentenced to Forced Labor

Officers from the Tiangongsi Township Police Station in Dingxing County went to Gaojiazhuang Village and arrested Ms. Liu Yanzhi, Ms. Qu Ruizhi, and Ms. Li Guirong on the morning of May 25, 2012. Ms. Qu was released. Ms. Liu was sentenced to 18 months of forced labor.

19. [Jingtai County, Gansu Province] Ms. Wang Lianzhen Arrested

Officers from the Jingtai County Police Department and the Sitan Township Police Station barged into Ms. Wang Lianzhen's home and arrested her on the afternoon of May 31, 2012. She is being held in Jingtai County.

21. [Wafangdian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Xu Guibo Arrested

Mr. Xu Guibo from Xiaotun Village, Delisi Town, Wafangdian City, was arrested at his own store on the morning of May 31, 2012. Officers confiscated Falun Gong books and a satellite dish. Mr. Xu is now being held in the Jinzhou Detention Center.

Ms. Liu Yuping, Ms. Sun Xiuzhen, and Ms. Damian from Gucheng County were arrested by officers from the Luquantun Town Police Station in Wucheng County, Shandong Province, for posting facts about Falun Gong in Luquantun on the evening of May 30, 2012.

23. [Wucheng County, Shandong Province] Mr. Fang Dezeng and Other Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Luquantun Town Police Station in Wucheng County barged into Ms. Ji Lanfeng's home in Yanzhuang Village, ransacked it, and arrested Ms. Ji on the morning of May 25, 2012. Her husband, Mr. Fang Dezeng, was detained that same afternoon when he went to the police station to ask for the release of his wife. The couple are being held in the Wucheng Custody and the Wucheng Detention Center respectively.

Ms. Chen Jinfeng from Wucheng, who was arrested in April, was released from the Jinan Forced Labor Camp after having 70,000 yuan extorted from her. She was arrested again on the afternoon of May 29, 2012. Ms. Sun Aixi was arrested the same afternoon.

24. [Changtu County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Chen Lianrong and Four Other Practitioners Held in Tieling City Detention Center

Ms. Chen Lianrong, Ms. Chen Lianqing, Ms. Guan Yuzhi, Ms. Zhang Shuhua, and Ms. Wang Ling from Changtu County were arrested by local officers for explaining the facts about Falun Gong in the Mazhonghe area on May 23, 2012. They are being held in the Tieling City Detention Center. Family visits are not allowed.

25. [Zibo City, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Lihua Arrested

Ms. Wang Lihua from the Zhangdian District, Zibo City, was turned in for giving out Shen Yun DVDs on May 30, 2012. She was consequently arrested by officers from the Zibo Domestic Security Division the next day.

26. [Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Qian Renbao Arrested

Mr. Qian Renbao from Lishui County, Nanjing City, was arrested by officers from the Development Zone Police Station on the evening of May 30, 2012, and was sent to a brainwashing center the next day.

27. [Chiping County, Shandong Province] Ms. Guo Rong and Ms. Feng Xi Arrested

Ms. Guo Rong and Ms. Feng Xi from Chiping County, Liaocheng City, were taken to the Liaocheng Detention Center on the afternoon of May 29, 2012.

28. [Quzhou County, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhao Suqin and Ms. Song Lianqin Arrested

Ms. Zhao Suqin and Ms. Song Lianqin from Hanzhuang Village, Situan Township, Quzhou County, were reported to police and arrested by officers from the Situan Police Station in Quzhou for talking about Falun Gong in Liushangzhai Village on the morning of May 31, 2012. Their homes were ransacked. Five Falun Gong books, informational materials about Falun Gong, DVDs, and other items were confiscated. They are being held in the Situan Police Station and family visits are not allowed.

29. [Ningxiang County, Hunan Province] Ms. Jiang Ruihua Arrested

Ms. Jiang Ruihua from Ningxiang County is in her 40s. She was reported to the police for explaining the facts about Falun Gong at the South Bus Station on the morning of May 30, 2012, and arrested by officers including Yu Zhengqiu from the Baimaqiao Police Station in Ningxiang County. Her whereabouts are unknown.
