An Administrative Official Takes the Initiative and Quits the CCP
A practitioner and I met a well-dressed elderly man. We told him the facts about Falun Gong and asked him, “You look like a Chinese Communist Party (CCP) official. Are you?” He replied anxiously, “No, I’m not. I’m just a peasant, nothing else.” We suggested that he often recite “Falun Dafa is good; Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good.”
Then we went to the other side of the road and clarified the truth to the many people gathered there. While we were speaking, the elderly man came over. He put one hand on my shoulder and his other hand on the other practitioner’s shoulder, and said apologetically, “I’m very sorry. Actually I’m a member of the CCP and also an administrative official. Please help me quit the CCP with my real name.” He also invited us to dinner. After learning where we came from, he said, “My nephew is the Party secretary there. You may contact him whenever you need help.” We thanked him and asked him to tell his nephew about the persecution of Falun Gong. We also told him how to help his nephew quit the CCP. Witnessing a CCP administrative cadre quit the party, the people gathered there all listened to the truth and also quit the CCP.
Young Man Riding a Motorbike Quits the CCP
Several practitioners and I met a young man on a motorbike. We told him the facts about Falun Gong and asked him to quit the CCP. He said, “I work at an electricity company. I know that all Falun Gong practitioners are good people.”
He further explained, “I have many acquaintances in police stations. They always fall behind in paying their electric bills; some never even pay their bills. However, Falun Gong practitioners always pay their bills on time. My acquaintances at the police stations often arrest practitioners. The world has really gone bad; today, bad people arrest good people.”
Although he understood this, he just accepted the truth-clarification materials without quitting the CCP. A practitioner then said, “I was a manager at a popsicle factory. Through currying favor with the authorities, I paid little for the electricity. However, after I began practicing Falun Gong, I understood the Fa principles, and I paid the ten thousand yuan I owed to the electricity company.”
The young man was very moved by this. He said with emotion, “You are really good people! A CCP cadre would never care about people like this.” He then quit the CCP using his real name and took some discs of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, saying that he would give them to his acquaintances at the police stations.
“Why do you save them, rather than me?”
A practitioner was distributing Falun Gong informational materials to passersby on a street. A policeman held out his hand and said, “Why do you save them, rather than me?” He then asked for a copy of the materials. We later learned that he was the head of a police station.
Evil Thoughts Removed after Eliminating Evil Factors in Other Dimensions
Another practitioner was distributing truth-clarification materials on the street. Someone who didn’t know the truth grabbed her hand and said that he would report her to the police. Using her other hand, the practitioner traced the Chinese character “Mie" (eliminate) on his back. Immediately, he relaxed his grip and said to her, “Hurry up and leave here.”
