(Minghui.org) As part of its ongoing investigation into the live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners in China, the World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG), recently published recorded conversations. This included files for Li Changchun (a Chinese Communist Party Politburo Member), Zhou Yongkang (a Politburo Member), Chen Rongshan (PLA 205 Hospital’s Transplantation Chief), as well as officials from PLA 307 Hospital and the court that are affiliated with the crimes. These files provide further evidence of the CCP’s brutality.
Investigation 1
Investigators contacted Chen Rongshan through his cell phone (13841666988) regarding the task force investigating Wang Lijun. During the conversation, Chen admitted that the transplanted organs were from Falun Gong practitioners and that they were handled through the court.
Chen: Hello?
Investigator: Are you Chen Rongshan, the former PLA 205 Hospital’s Transplantation Chief?
Chen: Yes, who is this?
Investigator: I am calling from the Interdepartmental Task Force Investigating Wang Lijun.
Chen: Ah…

Investigator: He had a post-drug-injection transplantation project and collaborated with the PLA 205 Hospital on this. Could you tell us more about it?
Chen: Ah…
Investigator: We would like to confirm if you have collaborated with him on this.
Chen: Not only us, China Medical University was also involved in this.
Investigator: Wang told us that some of the organs were from detained Falun Gong practitioners. Could you confirm this?
Chen: They were handled through the court.
Investigator: You mean, the court officials were involved?
Chen: Yes.
Investigation 2
One investigator contacted Chen Rongshan on behalf of a secretary for Wang Jia, deputy chief for the Shenyang Military District Health Department. Wang Jia is the former head of PLA 205 Hospital. Chen clearly stated that he would keep secret the transplants done with organs from Falun Gong practitioners.
Chen: Hello.
Investigator: Are you Chen Rongshan, the former PLA 205 Hospital’s Transplantation Chief?
Chen: Who is this?
Investigator: I am a secretary for Wang Jia, deputy chief for the Shenyang Military District Health Department. Wang Jia asked me to call you and pass on this message.
Chen: Ah, continue.
Investigator: No matter which government officials ask you about the organs from Falun Gong practitioners used in transplantations, you cannot tell them anything about this. Can you confirm this?
Chen: Yes, I can.

Investigator: That sounds good. If possible, please also tell medical staff in other departments.
Chen: I will tell them about this.
Investigator: That would be good.
Chen: Will do. Thank you.
Investigator: You are welcome.
Another investigation was made that involved Jinzhou City Intermediate Court staff and chief. The investigator said, “Since 2001, we had been able to get kidneys from healthy young Falun Gong practitioners through the court detention center. They are now very limited. We want to know if your court can provide them?” The staff member answered, “That depends on your side and you have to talk with your higher officials. If your side works well, we may be able to keep doing this. I will report this to our court chief. He will let you know if things can work out.” From the tone of the court staff, such inquiries were common and routine, indicating such live organ harvesting had been carried out for a long time.
Since 2006, WOIPFG has conducted in-depth and regular investigations of live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners. It was confirmed such cases did occur. The organs were mainly from practitioners who were arrested after going to appeal and those who did not provide their names. After their true identities were removed, these practitioners were numbered and they were filed with false identities and information before organ transplantation. Such crimes reached a peak around 2003 and were semi-public. Later, such activities became more secret but did continue.
In the recorded voice files, it was notable that Zhou Yongkang (Political and Judicial Committee Chief) played a leading role in the live organ harvesting. When an investigator contacted Li Changchun as a secretary for Luo Gan (the former Political and Judicial Committee Chief) on whether Bo Xilai and others could be charged for this, Li Changchun said decisively, “Zhou Yongkang is in charge of this and he knows the details.”
