(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners in Australia held a truth clarification activity in Eastwood, a suburb of Sydney, on November 17, 2012. Their goal was to raise awareness of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Dafa practitioners in China. The local people were very supportive.

Two young men, Luca Brioschi and Eduardo Americano, took Falun Dafa informational materials from a practitioner and read them carefully. When they passed by the signature collection table, they signed the petition and said to the practitioner, “Thank you for giving us the opportunity!”
Chinese lady: “I also want to practice Falun Dafa. Where can I buy the books and do the exercises?”
Practitioner Xiao Gao spoke with a middle-aged Chinese lady about the facts about Falun Dafa. After listening carefully to his explanation, she asked about the practice itself. In the end she said, “I also want to practice Falun Dafa. Where can I buy the books and do the exercises?”
Many Koreans who passed by the booth signed the petition to show their support. After learning about the persecution, they condemned the CCP, saying it was reprehensible.
People sign to condemn the CCP's atrocity of forced live organ harvesting
The majority of Australians who took informational materials and signed the petition said that they would share the facts with their friends and family. Many who saw the graphic display boards were shocked and asked, “Is this still happening in China? It's terrible.”
Practitioner Emmy, an Eastwood resident, told a reporter that she attended a charity fund-raising event at the Vietnamese Radio Station a few weeks ago. She asked the host to give her a few minutes to talk about the CCP's practice of harvesting organs from living Falun Gong practitioners.
More than 200 audience members were eager to sign the petition to condemn the atrocity. When Emmy stepped down from the stage, many people walked up to embrace her to show their support. One person said, “You are not alone, we stand with you. We will help you appeal!” Some took signature collection forms back home so more people could sign them. Others expressed concern for the Chinese people, saying, “We want the Chinese people to have a wonderful future. We all know that the CCP is very cruel.” Another person said, “The CCP is very wicked. We hope that it is wiped out soon.”
Every Saturday and Sunday, Falun Gong practitioners do the exercises in the park near Eastwood Library. Many predestined people have learned about Falun Dafa at this exercise site. Some Chinese people enjoyed watching the practitioners do the exercises and took photos as a memento.
