Officers from the Shenzhou Police Department and the Hengshui Police Department arrested over 10 Falun Gong practitioners on the evening of October 28, 2012, including Mr. Zhang Yun, Ms. Zhang Zhimei, Ms. Song Xianying, Ms. Sun Li and her daughter, Mr. Hui Lai, Ms. Xiao Qin, Ms. Sun Xiaoqiao, Mr. Zhang Ruifeng, and Ms. Liu Landuo.

On the afternoon of October 29, 2012, plainclothes police officers from the Haidian District Police Station deceived Ms. Zhang Jie into opening the door to her home, with the excuse of examining a renovation. The police arrested Ms. Zhang and took her computer and other property.

From September 26 to the early morning of September 27, 2012, officers from the Yongdinglu Police Station in the Haidian District arrested several practitioners, including Ms. Meng Hua, Mr. Li Xiangding, Mr. Si Xisui, Mr. Yan Zhongming, and Ms. Li Mengxue. Three practitioners were sent to a forced labor camp on October 26, 2012. Ms. Meng's forced labor term is two years; Mr. Li Xiangding, three years; Mr. Si Xisui, two years.

Ms. Wu Enqing lives in the Wulou Residential Area, Liaocheng Development District. On the morning of October 17, 2012, over ten plainclothes police officers from the Dongcheng Police Station seized Ms. Wu Enqing from her office and ransacked her home. Ms. Wu is being detained in the Liaocheng Detention Center.

7. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Liu Ying Persecuted in the Yichun Brainwashing Center

Ms. Liu Ying works in the Daqing People's Hospital. Fan Zuojiang from the Daqing Developing District Political and Legal Committee, along with other personnel from the Yichun 610 Office and the hospital, took Ms. Liu to the Yichun Brainwashing Center, where she has been detained for more than two months. The guards did not allow Ms. Liu to sleep for many nights. Currently, she is very weak and has wounds on her face.

Liang Bo from the Deyuan Comprehensive Administration Office in Pi County and more than 10 others broke into Ms. Zhang Rui's home on the afternoon of October 26, 2012. Ms. Zhang was forcibly taken away and two computers were confiscated. Mr. Wang Yian, Ms. Zhang's neighbor, was also seized and his home was ransacked.

9. [Lishui, Zhejiang Province] Ms. Zhou Xiaofen, Ms. Zhou Aizhen, and Ms. Ye Juyun Detained in the Shuidong Brainwashing Center

On October 23, 2012, officers from the Lishui 610 Office and Domestic Security Division arrested Ms. Zhou Xiaofen; Ms. Zhou Aizhen, 66; and Ms. Ye Juyin, 72. The three practitioners are being detained in the Shuidong Brainwashing Center in Lishui.

Ms. Li Fengzhen was taken away by police from Yancheng Town on the morning of October 29, 2012.

Mr. Wang Xianghui was directly transferred to the Li County Brainwashing Center from prison when his illegal term was over on October 27, 2012.

Ms. Su Xiufu lives in Helong Town, Nongan County. She was arrested by police in Guojiadian and was beaten at the time. She is being detained in the Nongan Detention Center.

Ms. Li Hui was taken away from her home by officers from the Hebei Police Department, the Tianjin 610 Office, and the Zhongshanlu Police Station on the morning of October 29, 2012.

On October 24, 2012, 72-year-old Mr. Chen Zhixian and his wife, Wen Lifang, were taken to the brainwashing center. The two elderly practitioners were arrested and their home was ransacked many times.

Ms. Mao Xingyue and Ms. Sui Mingying from Juchenghe Town, Gaomi, were taken away by officers from the Juchenghe Police Station on the morning of October 25, 2012, and Ms. Mao's home was ransacked. Ms. Sui was released home the next day. Ms. Mao is being detained in the Gaomi Detention Center.

19. [Fusong County, Jilin Province] Additional Information about the Arrest of Ms. Bo Wenqin

Ms. Bo Wenqin was arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong on the afternoon of October 24, 2012. She is being held in the Zaohua Detention Center. Ms. Bo has eczema all over her body and ulcers on her leg, but the police department refused to release her.
