(Minghui.org) Over the course of the Chinese Communist Party's (CCP) 13-year persecution Falun Gong practitioners, the Jilin 610 Office and Public Security Bureau, under the command of the Political and Legal Committee, have adopted the most despicable means to persecute practitioners. They have used undercover police officers to follow practitioners, ambush them, and break into their houses. The police have arrested practitioners and extorted money from them. Robbing practitioners of their property has become their official duty. Police have also freely ransacked practitioners' houses, taken away their belongings and damaged their property, acting like bandits.

Mr. Chao Yang Arrested, His House Ransacked, Police Take Away His Belongings

On July 31, 2012, practitioners Chao Yang, Guo Yingjie, and Han Fenghua and non-practitioner Zhu Bolin from Jilin City were arrested by police from the Jilin Public Security Bureau. The police ransacked Mr. Chao's house and took his belongings, including his Falun Gong books, computer, printer, four satellite receivers, over 2,000 yuan in cash, and other valuables.

The house was left empty after being ransacked. In mid-September, police seized Mr. Chao's house and resided in it. They interrogated anyone who entered the house.

On one occasion, Mr. Chao's landlord went to the house. When he opened the door, he saw a lot of police officers and discovered that the household appliances he had bought for the apartment from Korea and other valuables had disappeared.

Police Leave Door Open after Robbing Falun Gong Practitioner Mr. Chang Shi's House

On August 9, 2012, practitioner Mr. Chang Shi, an engineer with the Jilin Telecommunications Office; his wife, Ms. Zhang Jingdong; and his 19-year-old daughter were arrested by officers from the Changjiang Police Station and personnel from the Changhong Community. The police ransacked their home and took away their belongings, including cash. During the arrest, Ms. Zhang was tied up and dragged downstairs by the police. Mr. Chang was wearing only a vest and the police wouldn’t let him put on an overcoat when they took him away.

Mr. Chang told his neighbors, “Falun Gong practitioners are good people. We didn't break any laws.” About 30 people were watching what was happening. After the arrest, the police left the door open and sped away. A few days later, Mr. Chang’s neighbor peeked into the house and saw the huge mess that the police had left.

Ms. Dong Shulan's House Burglarized by Police

On the night of April 27, 2011, Ms. Dong Shulan's oldest daughter, Ms. Liu Honghui, and son-in-law, Mr. Yan Gang; her second daughter, Ms. Liu Hongyan; and her third daughter, Ms. Liu Hongxia, and son-in-law, Mr. Li Guangjun; and her son and daughter-in-law were arrested by officers from the Lianhua Police Station in Jilin. The police tricked Ms. Liu Honghui into opening the door and then burst in. They arrested her and her younger sister, Liu Hongyan. The police sealed the sisters' mouths with tape and brutally beat them. They forced them into the bathroom and locked them in. They took away their computer, printer, Falun Gong-related books, photos of Master Li, bank books, and other personal items.

Another group of police broke into the home of Ms. Dong Shulan's son, Mr. Liu Hongliang. They claimed that Ms. Dong's daughter-in-law, Ding Daxin, was a practitioner (in fact, she is not). The police started to brutally hit Ding Daxin. Mr. Liu Hongliang attempted to protect his wife, but he too was brutally beaten. The police confiscated Ms. Dong's granddaughter's computer and arrested Mr. Liu and his wife and took them to the police station.

The house of Ms. Dong's third daughter and son-in-law, Mr. Li Guangjun, was also ransacked. Their computer, Falun Gong-related books and other valuables were taken away. Ms. Dong Shulan has been forced to leave home and has become homeless.

On May 7, 2011, at around 4 p.m., Ms. Dong returned home. When she opened the door, she saw a terrible mess. She was able to find out that, after she left, Lianhua Police Station offices broke into her home and took a bank book, cash, three printers, a laminating machine, CD burners, and other valuables.

Police Break Into Home of 70-year-old Couple, Rob Them, and Arrest Them

On April 25, 2009, at around 8 a.m., over 10 police officers, led by captain Guo from the Jilin 610 Office and Jilin National Security Division, with personnel from the Jilin Public Security Bureau and Zhanqian Police Station, went to the home of practitioners Mr. Dong Qingyou and his wife, Ms. Liu Shunxiang. Because the couple refused to open the door, the police broke into the home and ransacked it. They took the couple’s computer, CD burner, CDs, an e-book, MP4 player, cell phones, and other valuables. They forcibly took the elderly couple to the police car. Mr. Dong's hand was injured and he suffered a heart attack.

After Ms. Liu Shunxiang's younger brother heard the news, he rushed to her house. He saw that the window was open, the lock was broken after being pried open, and the house was a mess. The lights were on, and the door was open. The police were about to leave. Ms. Liu's brother said, “You have broken the lock and now you are leaving? I will ask someone to take photos as evidence of what you did.” Fearing that their evil deeds would be exposed, the police bought a new lock and replaced the broken one.

After Mr. Dong and his wife were taken to the Zhanqian Police Station, the police listed all the items they had seized and ordered them to sign the paper. Mr. Dong's family said that the police had broken the law and would have to return all the property.

Police Occupy Mr. Liu Chengda's House after Robbing Him

On June 12, 2007, Henan Street Police Station officers arrested practitioner Mr. Liu Chengda and took his computer, printer and other valuables. They then occupied his house and arrested two more practitioners, Ma Fang and Li Zhenhua.

On June 30, 2007, Mr. Liu's mother, who had just been released from Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, went to inquire about her son. According to the information provided by the detention center, she went to the Henan Street Police Station to find her son and asked for the investigator, Yu Dehai. When she asked him to give her the key to her son’s house so that she could bring her son some clothes, he refused, saying that the landlord had to come get the key. He also refused to return Mr. Liu's cell phone and motorcycle.

A few months later, Mr. Liu's mother finally managed to get into her son's house (even though the Henan Street Police Station have never given her the key). When she opened the door, she was completely stunned by what she saw. The house was a complete mess. All the clothes, shoes and socks in the cabinets had been thrown out. The house was like a garbage dump. Wine and beverage bottles, cigarette butts and boxes, melon seeds, and poker cards were all over the place. The floor was covered with blankets and the windows were all open. Ash and dust was all over the house, and mats and blankets were soaked by rain.

Mr. Liu's mother spent a lot of time cleaning up the house.

It was later confirmed by the landlord that the police took a new blanket, a curtain, and a leather handbag, two bank books, and 5,000 yuan in cash and stocks. None of Mr. Liu’s belongings have ever been returned.

These incidents are a reflection of the true nature of the CCP, an organization that persecutes good people. This is just one aspect of the CCP's brutal 13-year-long persecution of Falun Gong. Following CCP orders, police can arrest Falun Gong practitioners whenever and wherever, ransack their homes, and steal their property. It has become routine for personnel from the Jilin Public Security Bureau to rob practitioners and then take them away. These so-called “law enforcers” will eventually be punished by the law and by the principles of Heaven.
