1. [Jining, Shandong Province] Ms. Liu Jing Tortured

Ms. Liu Jing is in Jining Detention Center. Due to the severity of the torture she has been subjected to, she cannot walk.

2. [Jinzhou, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wu Baogui Detained

Mr. Wu Baogui was arrested and taken to the city's Detention Center on September 25, 2012.

3. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Mr. Su Rinuo and Ms. Li Kecui Detained

Mr. Su Rinuo from the Lanshan District is in his 60s. He was arrested from his home by Lanshan District police on September 19. His house was ransacked. Ms. Li Kecui, in her 50s, from the Lanshan District was arrested and her house was ransacked on September 20. Both of them are now in Rizhao Detention Center.

4. [Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Tan Meili Sentenced to One Year of Forced Labor Term

Ms. Tan Meili from Yongan Township was arrested by police from Dean County on August 17. She was sent to Jiangxi Province Forced Labor Camp for one year by Dean County Domestic Security Division.

5. [Jiujiang County, Jiangxi Province] Ms. Wu Donglian and Mr. Wang Quansheng Sentenced to Prison Terms

Mr. Wang Quanshen and Ms. Wu Donglian were tried in Jiujiang County Court on the morning of September 11 by Jiujiang County 610 Office. Ms. Wu was sentenced to three years of imprisonment and Mr. Wang to four years.

6. [Chongqing] Two Practitioners Sent to Brainwashing Center

Ms. Wang Aihua from the Yubei District and another practitioner were arrested the morning of October 2. They were taken to Wangxiangtai Brainwashing Center in the Yubei District.

7. [Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Chen Min Sent to Brainwashing Center

Recently, Ms. Chen Min from Mudanjiang Farms and Land Reclamation Bureau was arrested and taken to Qinglongshan Brainwashing Center.

Ms. Chen was arrested by officers from Mishan Police Department on August 12, 2010, and was sent to Harbin Woman’s Prison for 21 months. She was released on May 24, 2012. Now she has been arrested again.

8. [Jilin Province] Mr. Xu Hongjun Tortured in Siping Prison

Mr. Xu Hongjun from Tonghua City was so brutally tortured by inmates instigated by Siping Prison guards in July and August that he is now deaf.

Mr. Xu was sentenced to four and a half years of imprisonment and his term does not expire until October 22, 2012.
