Zeng Xinhe, director of the Qiyang 610 Office; Wu Guoliang, deputy director of the Qiyang 610 Office; Li Lianrong, chief of the Qidong Domestic Security Division; and about ten other officers broke into the home of 54-year-old Ms. Li Xuqi on the morning of November 15, 2011. Ms. Qi was arrested and taken to the Jieliqiao Brainwashing Center in Yongzhou City, Hunan Province.

On September 25, 2011, seven practitioners were arrested for distributing Shen Yun DVDs in Dutou Township, Nanchang County. Among them, Ms. Zuo Jinying and Ms. Xia Mingjin were sentenced to one year of forced labor, and Ms. Li Fenyu and Ms. Chen Dongmei were sentenced to two years of forced labor. All four practitioners were sent to the Jiangxi Women's Forced Labor Camp. Ms. Tang Manxiang has been released. Ms. Hu Huomei and Ms. Zhao Guilan's current whereabouts are unknown.

Mr. Wu Genyi is retired from the Yuncheng Institute. He was recently taken to the Taiyuan Brainwashing Center by the Shanxi Province 610 Office, the Yuncheng City 610 Office, and the Yanhu District 610 Office.

5. [Yangquan, Shanxi Province] Mr. Wang Xuzhou and Other Practitioners Arrested

Officers from the Pingding County 610 Office in Yangquan and the Pingding Police Department arrested Mr. Wang Xuezhou, Mr. Zhu Guilin, Mr. Bai Jianping, and Mr. Bai Heshui on the night of November 26, 2011. They were detained in the Pingding Police Department.

Ms. He Zhenyu from Shuangfu Town in the Jiangjin District, Chongqing, was followed and arrested by police while distributing Falun Gong materials in Zhouma Town in the Qiulongpo District on November 18, 2011. Her current whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Bao Guoe and Ms. Tian Yuping work at the Shengli Oil Field in Dongying. A few days ago they were arrested for clarifying the facts about Falun Gong near Dongying Second High School. Ms. Tian eventually managed to get away. Ms. Bao Guoe was sent to the Shengcaipeixiao Brainwashing Center.

8. [Honghu, Hubei Province] Mr. Chen Yong and Mr. Xiong Zhengying Arrested

Mr. Chen Yong and Mr. Xiong Zhengying were arrested by officers from the Shakou Police Station for distributing Falun Gong materials in a rural area on November 26, 2011. They were sent to the Honghu First Detention Center.

9. [Tianshui, Gansu Province] Mr. Wang Shuxun and Others Abused at Tianshui Prison

Mr. Wang Shuxun is being detained in the new arrivals team of Tianshui Prison, where he has not been allowed to sleep. Guard Liu Jiangtao ordered Ma Jianjun and other prisoners to torture him using inhuman means.

Mr. He Libin was confined in a small cell for 15 days. Guard Liu Jiangtao ordered other prisoners to insult, beat, and physically abuse him.

Mr. Xu Feng has been confined to a small cell in Tianshui Prison for many years. He is not allowed to go downstairs and see sunlight. The guards have ordered six prisoners to monitor, insult, and physically abuse him.

Mr. Li Yishou was taken away from his home by plainclothes police officers on November 28, 2011. The police also took photos of Falun Gong's founder Master Li Hongzhi and a printer.

Mr. Wu Qixue, in his 70s, was arrested by Wu Likun and other officers from the 610 Office on the morning of November 28, 2011. His current whereabouts are unknown.

Ms. Sun Jianchun was reported to the police and taken to the Zhonghan Frontiers Police Station in Qingdao on October 14, 2011. After being held in the Dashan Detention Center in Qingdao for 30 days, she was sent to the Jinan First Women's Forced Labor Camp for a one-year term.

13. [Beijing] Ms. Meng Xiuhua and Other Practitioners Detained in the Changping District Detention Center

Ms. Meng Xiuhua and Ms. He from Yanqing, Beijing, were arrested for talking to people about Falun Gong on July 4, 2011. They were detained in the Yanqing Detention Center. They were transferred to the Xicheng District Detention Center in Beijing on October 14, 2011, and they are now in the Changping District Detention Center in Beijing.

Ms. Yang Guizhi, 53, was the principal of Wujia High School in the Yuanbaoshan District of Chifeng. She was removed from her position and transferred to the Yuanbaoshan Ethnic High School as a guard. Ms. Yang was arrested on May 12, 2011, and was sentenced to four and a half years in prison.
