Ruichang Police Department in Jiangxi Province Arrests 13 Falun Gong Practitioners within Three Months

(Clearwisdom.net) The Ruichang Police Department in Jiangxi Province arrested 13 Falun Gong practitioners within the past three months.

On May 21, Ms. Zhu Xiaomei and Ms. Liu Juzhen, practitioners from the pier region of Ruichang were posting signs and explaining the facts about Falun Gong in Sanyanqiao, Xiafan County. They were reported to the authorities by a local resident who held misconceptions about Falun Gong due to rumors spread by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). They were arrested by agents from the so-called Sanyanqiao Law Enforcement Team and officers from Sanyanqiao Police Station. Later, police ransacked their homes. During their detention, CCP officials extorted 10,000 yuan from each family. They were released on June 5, but have been under surveillance since then.
