Ms. Cao Yachun, from Leting County, Tangshan City, was held at the Hebei Province First Labor Camp. She was sentenced to two years of forced labor. Now that the term is expired, her family went to pick her up, but their request was rejected.
3. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Ms. Tang Guiyan and Mr. Hu Xinghua Arrested
On the morning of March 20, 2011, Ms. Tang Guiyan and Mr. Hu Xinghua from Fengrun District, Tangshan City, were arrested by officers from Fengrun District 110 Special Police Division when they clarified the truth in the morning market. They were taken to Fengrun District Brainwashing Center and held there.
4. [Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province] Two Practitioners Given Labor Camp Sentences
Ms. Zhang Lishan was arrested by officers from Hongqi Police Station, Qiaoxi District Police Department, Shijiazhuang City on the morning of March 4, 2011. She was sentenced to forced labor on the afternoon of March 18, 2011.
On March 11, 2011, Ms. Zhang Shuangpai, from Sixia Village, Wuji County, was arrested by officers from Jiaodong Police Station, Wujie County because she posted truth clarifying materials. At noon on March 18, 2011, she was sentenced to forced labor.
5. [Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province] More Information about Ms. Wang Jinfeng and Ms. Jin Peizhen
Ms. Wang Jinfeng and Ms. Jin Peizhen, are in their seventies. Shortly after the persecution began on July 20, 1999, Ms. Wang went to Tiananmen Square and practiced the Falun Gong exercises and was arrested by officers from the Jinhua 610 Office. She was taken back to Jinhua and sentenced to three years of forced labor. When the term expired, she was continuously harassed by local officers with her home being ransacked many times. Later, she was arrested, taken to a brainwashing center, and tortured physically and psychologically. She was then sentenced to three years in prison, and four years of probation suspension.
Ms. Jin Peizhen was arrested many times and held in detention centers and brainwashing centers because she went to appeal for Falun Gong.
6. [Shanghai] Mr. Qian Feng Arrested
Mr. Qian Feng, from Shanghai, is a retired elementary school teacher. In the middle of February 2011, he was arrested and his whereabouts are unknown.
7. [Yantai City, Shandong Province] Ms. Sun Yan and Ms. Sui Chengxiang Held at Jinan Women's Prison
8. [Weifang City, Shandong Province] Ms. Zhao Lanying Arrested and Son Beaten
On March 6, 2011, Ms. Zhao Lanying, from Xiashan District, Weifang City, was arrested by officers from Zhashan Police Station, Xiashan District with her home ransacked. Her notebook computer and printer were taken away. Her son, not a practitioner, was also arrested and beaten. The beating caused him to urinate in his pants. Five thousand yuan was extorted from Ms. Zhao.

9. [Yanbian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Jin Taijun Sentenced to Two Years in Prison
Mr. Jin Taijun, from Longjing City, Yanbian City, was sentenced to two years in prison on March 21, 2011. He was taken to a prison in Changchun City.
10. [Chenzhou City, Hunan Province] Mr. Yan Yong Sentenced to One Year in Prison
Mr. Yan Yong, from Guiyang, Binzhou City, was held at Guiyang Detention Center. On the night of March 16, 2011, he was taken to Xinkaipu Forced Labor Camp by officers from the Guiyang 610 Office, at the Baoshan Police Station, and was sentenced to one year of forced labor.

11. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Mr. Jiao Chengyong Arrested
At 9:00 a.m., on March 18, 2011, Xu Zongjun, Daiyue District Domestic Security Division, Tai'an City, together with over ten officers from Shankou Police Station, Tai'an City, Shengzhuang Police Station, went to Mr. Jiao Chengyong's home, Qijiatan Village, Shengzhuang Town. They twisted Mr. Jiao and his wife Ms. Qu Baogui's arms and forced them into a police vehicle. They took away his personal belongings. They were taken to the Shankou Police Station.
Mr. Qu was released at 3:30 p.m. because his family paid a fine. Mr. Jiao Chengyong was taken to Shilihe Detention Center, Shengzhuang.

At 9:00 a.m., on March 15, 2011, officers from Jianshe Road Police Station, Jianshe Road Neighborhood Administration Office 610 Office, and Security Division of Jinjiang Electronic Engineering Co., arrested Ms. Zhang Biru and took her to Xinjin Brainwashing Center. At the same time, they forced Ms. Tian Guihua into a police vehicle and took her to Xinjin Brainwashing Center.

Officers from Dongzuosu Town Police Station, Jinzhou City, stormed into Ms. Kangyan's home in Dawang Village, Chenjiazhuang Township at approximately 9:00 a.m., on March 22, 2011, and ransacked her home. They confiscated Dafa books and DVDs. They later went to her workplace and arrested her, took her to Dongzuosu Town Police Station, and in the afternoon, took her to Jinzhou City Detention Center.
14. [Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Wang Zhao Arrested
On March 22, 2011, Mr. Wang Zhao, from Hongjing Garden, Wanzi, Zhuhai City, was arrested by officers from Zhuhai City 610 Office at home. He was taken to Sanshui Brainwashing Center.
15. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Yu Xiaoxia Arrested and Taken to Dongxihu Shelter
Ms. Yu Xiaoxia, from Yangluo, Xinzhou, Wuhan City, was arrested by officers from Jiujie Police Station on March 20, 2011, when she was clarifying the truth at the Flowers Festival in Jiujie, Xinzhou. Now she is held at the Dongxihu Shelter, Wuhan City.
16. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Zeng Xianmei Arrested by Hefei City Railway Police
On the afternoon of March 22, 2011, together with officers from Manchun Street Police Station, police officers from Hefei City Railway Police Department arrested Ms. Zeng Xianmei from Wuhan City and ransacked her home. They confiscated her computer, other items, and 6000 yuan in cash found in her home.
17. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Liu Lihua, Ms. Yan Lili, and Ms. Shen Jie Arrested
Ms. Liu Lihua, Ms. Yan Lili, and Ms. Sheng Jie, from Anshan City, were reported when they were clarifying the truth at Lexue Shopping Center, Zhanqian, Anshan City. On March 22, 2011, they were arrested by officers from Zhanqian Police Station, Tiedong District Department, Anshan City Police Department.

18. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Ji Guizhi Arrested
Ms. Ji Guizhi, from Beiningli, Jilin City, a retired teacher in his seventies, was arrested by about six police officers who stormed into her home at around 6:00 p.m. on March 21, 2011. Her home was ransacked.
19. [Tianjin] Mr. Zu Xuqiang Arrested
Mr. Zu Xuqiang, from Hongqiao District, Tianjin, was arrested by officers from Xiangyang Road Police Station, Hongqiao. Community Administration employees of Shaogongzhuangjie helped with the arrest. His wife Ms. Liu Fenglan went to ask the director of Xiangyang Road Police Station to request his release, but was detained as well.
20. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Li Chaoqun Arrested
On March 4, 2011, Ms. Li Chaoqun, from Hongguang Community, Nanxin Street, Chenghua District, Chengdu City, was arrested by officers from Xinhong Road Neighborhood Administration Office and police station and was taken to Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
21. [Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province] Ms. Gu Guijin and Four Other Practitioners Arrested
Ms. Gu Guijin, Ms. Chen Xiuhua, Ms. Lin Yuexia, and two other practitioners from Wuxi City, were reported at Meiyuan, Wuxi City on the morning of March 19, 2011, and were arrested by officers from Meiyuan Police Station of Wuxi City. Ms. Gu and Ms. Chen were released because of high blood pressure. The other three practitioners were detained at a detention center for ten days. All the Dafa books at their homes were confiscated.
22. [Huizhou City, Guangdong Province] Three Practitioners from Weiguo Machinery Company Arrested
On March 16, 2011, Ms. Liu Youlian, Ms. Li Guiying and Ms. Huang Zhimei, from Weiguo Machinery Co., Huizhou City, were arrested. A computer from Ms. Liu's home was taken away by Li (gender and first name unknown), from the 610 Office.
23. [Jiaohe City, Jilin Province] Ms. Jiao Keling Arrested
Ms. Jiao Keling, from Xin District, Jiaohe City, was arrested at her home by police officers at around 8:00 a.m. on March 23, 2011. Her husband, a non-practitioner, was also arrested and their home was ransacked. Her husband was released in the afternoon.
24. [Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Men Qiuyin Arrested and Taken to Yichun Brainwashing Center
Ms. Men Qiuyin, in her forties, was sentenced to three years of forced labor in 2002 and taken to Harbin City Addiction Treatment Camp. In 2009, she was sentenced again to two years of forced labor. After the term was expired, she was harassed by officers from Tangwanghe Political and Judiciary Committee. On March 5, 2011, Liu Zhaofa, secretary of Tangwanghe Political and Judiciary Committee, along with other officers from Heilongjiang Province Political and Judiciary Committee, went to find Ms. Men and tried to get her to write a statement renouncing Falun Gong, but Ms. Men refused. She was then taken to Yichun City Brainwashing Center.

25. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Huang Guiying Tortured at Masanjia Forced Labor Camp
Ms. Huang Guiying and Ms. Yuan Xiaojie, from Dalian City, were reported when they went to a market in Ronghuashan Town, Zhuanghe City to clarify the truth on August 15, 2010, and were arrested by officers from the Ronghuashan Police Station. They were taken to Yaojia Detention Center, Dalian City at night by officers from the Zhuanghe Police Department and Domestic Security Division.
One month after Ms. Huang and Ms. Yuan were held at the Yaojia Detention Center, they were taken to Masanjia Forced Labor Camp in Shenyang City by officers from the Dalian City 610 Office, the Zhuanghe Police Department, and the Ronghuashan Police Station. Reportedly, Ms. Huang was taken to Donggang (a place of torture inside the labor camp) and tortured with the stretching bed.
