(Clearwisdom.net) In July, 1999 the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) under the leadership of Jiang Zemin fabricated the "1400 death cases" in order to frame Falun Gong.

Falun Gong teaches people how to be good, and practitioners improve their health and their moral character. Since Falun Gong was brought to the public in 1992, it has quickly spread across China and the whole world because of its principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and its extraordinary healing power. More and more people have come to practice Falun Gong.

In order to find an excuse to publicly persecute Falun Gong, the CCP fabricated "1400 death cases" in July 1999. This lie attempted to link a variety of unrelated bloody scenes to Falun Gong in order to defame Falun Gong. The purpose was to make people afraid of Falun Gong, and even hate Falun Gong, in order to prepare them for the subsequent brutal persecution.

The "1400 death cases" report had a broad effect since it came out very early. Many people whose minds were poisoned by the false stories participated in the persecution.

Conditioned Reflexes Connect Unrelated Things Together

Russian physiologist and Nobel Prize winner Ivan Pavlov was the first person to develop the Conditioned Reflex theory. At the end of the 19th century, Pavlov conducted a series of experiments which attracted the attention of scientists worldwide. He did research on how the nervous system controls behavior. His study of what makes a dog produce saliva discloses the essence of learning behavior.

A dog will produce saliva at the sight of food. Ivan Pavlov fed a dog meat on a regular basis. Later he always struck a bell before feeding the dog. Then the sound of bell would make him produce saliva, even though no meat was in sight. But he found he could not deceive dogs with this trick forever. A dog would eventually produce less and less saliva after hearing the sound of the bell but receiving no food. After the test continued for several days, dogs still produced saliva upon hearing the bell, but not as much as before.

Conditional Reflex makes two unrelated things appear at the same time. Later, when one thing appears without the other, it makes people think of both anyway. For example, a bell sound alone will not make a dog produce saliva. If the sound appears before feeding, after several times the dog will produce saliva upon just hearing the sound. The reaction triggered by the signal is called a conditional reflex, and the sound is called the conditional stimulus.

Human Emotions Can Be Controlled

American psychologist John D. Hogan believes that human emotions like fear can be controlled. In a test, Hogan created fearful reactions. His subject of study was an orphan called Albert in a hospital. He found out Albert was not afraid of rats, rabbits, monkeys, dogs, or cotton. But he was very afraid of loud sounds produced by a hammer hitting things.

In order to make Albert be afraid of rats, he made a loud sound and showed Albert a rat at the same time. After several repetitions, Albert started to be afraid of rats. Hogan used the same method to make Albert afraid of rabbits, fur coats, his hair, dogs, etc. He demonstrated same effect when the test was conducted in different rooms. This showed that the test was effective using different objects and in different environments. A month later Albert was still afraid of those things.

These tests show that human emotions can be controlled.

CCP Uses Conditioned Reflex Theory to Control People's Emotions

The CCP brainwashed the Chinese people with the so-called “1400 Death Cases.” In a very short period of time, the CCP associated a lot of bloody murder and suicide cases with Falun Gong in order to defame Falun Gong.

The headline “Ma Jianmin Cuts Open His Belly to Look for a Falun” was a good example. When CCTV went to Ma Jianmin's home to make the TV program, Ma Jianmin's son stated his father's death had nothing to do with Falun Gong, and refused to go on TV. But CCTV ignored this fact, and still broadcast the so-called “Ma Jianmin Cuts Open His Belly to Look for Falun.” Ma Jianmin was from the North China Oil Field in Renqu City, Hebei Province. He suffered from mental illness. He had not shown any symptoms for several years before his grisly and untimely death. Meanwhile, he was enthusiastic about qigong exercises, although he did not focus on a single practice. He practiced whatever was popular at the time. In total, he practiced over ten kinds of qigong. Later, when Falun Gong spread to the North China Oil Field, Ma Jianmin switched to practicing Falun Gong. One day, Ma Jianmin was alone at home. When his family members came home, they discovered a lot of blood on the floor, and Ma was dead in the washroom. His belly was cut open, and his intestines were hanging out. His family members immediately reported the situation to the police and delivered his body to the emergency room of the General Hospital, where his open belly was sewn up. The Police Department clearly knew that Ma Jianmin died at his home alone, but no one was aware of why he cut open his abdomen. However, in order to collaborate with Jiang Zemin's decision to persecute Falun Gong, the police department fabricated his story and said Ma Jiamin had “cut open his belly to look for a Falun.”

This had nothing to do with Falun Gong, and Ma Jianmin's son repeatedly stated that his father's death had nothing to do with Falun Gong. But the CCP linked the tragic scene of his open belly with Falun Gong and used the media to brainwash people. As a result, in a short period of time people started to be afraid of Falun Gong and even hate Falun Gong. This was not because of anything wrong with Falun Gong. People were afraid of the scary scenes, the bloody floor and the abdomen cut open. CCP's brainwashing strategy uses these psychological reactions to irrationally project such scenes onto Falun Gong.

Another case among the “1400 Death Cases” is that of Wang Anshou, who killed his parents with a spade. Taishan Machinery Factory worker Mr. Wang Anshou, from Xintai City, Shandong, was diagnosed with a mental illness which caused him to kill his parents with a shovel. The CCP then used this story to defame Falun Gong. It showed the bloody picture of Wang Anshou's parents' heads on a bloody floor to make people link an unrelated, brutal killing to Falun Gong. Wang killed his parents because of mental illness, not Falun Gong. This was clearly confirmed by the divorce verdict with his wife Yin Yanju handed down by the Xintai City People's Court on November 10, 1999: "It is the court's observation that the defendant had suffered from a mental disorder before he got married and had tried to hide the fact. After getting married, the defendant had recurrences of mental illness many times and had had problems for a long time trying to cure his mental disorder. The defendant killed his parents with a spade when his mental illness relapsed..."

Some people who heard the CCP's lies became afraid of Falun Gong, which was the aim of its brainwashing tricks.

Conclusion

The CCP associated unrelated brutal killings and deaths with Falun Gong to brainwash people and control their minds. The CCP has used all their media to spread many lies to defame Falun Gong. “1400 Fabricated Death Cases” are just some of them. The lies have been exposed, and the truth has cleared away the poison in many people's minds. More and more, people are freeing themselves from the CCP's mind control and realizing the beauty of Falun Dafa.
