Solemn Declaration
I was illegally arrested and detained in a forced labor camp after July 20,1999, when the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began the persecution of Falun Gong. I dreaded being persecuted, so I unwillingly cooperated with the CCP and wrote the three statements even though I knew it was a wrong deed. With the assistance of fellow practitioners, I now firmly study the Fa and am rectifying myself in the Fa. The more I study, the more I feel further behind in the requirements as a Dafa disciple in the Fa-ratification period. Master, please forgive me. I solemnly declare: All I have done or said against Dafa is null and void. I will make the best use of my time to keep up with the Fa-rectification progress, do the three things well and walk my path righteously.

I started practicing Falun Gong in 1998. I was in high school when the Chinese Communist Party began slandering Dafa and persecuting practitioners after 1999. I was a target of persecution, and I revealed to police, under pressure, that my parents also practiced Dafa. I also betrayed other fellow practitioners. I submitted a guarantee statement to the school principal after my parents were released from the detention center. I have done wrong against benevolent Master. I solemnly declare: All I have said or done that was not in line with Dafa's principles is null and void. I will do the three things well and be a qualified Dafa disciple in the Fa-ratification period.
