(Clearwisdom.net) On July 11, 2010, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Du Liming, who is disabled, was reported to the police as she distributed Shen Yun DVDs in Yidan Town, Yitong County. Policeman Wang Yingchao and others from the State Security Group under the Yitong Police Station arrested Ms. Du and detained her in the Yitong County Detention Center. The whereabouts of her developmentally-delayed child is unknown.
Ten years ago, Ms. Du experienced physical problems of a critical nature and was unable to carry out her basic daily activities. Her child was born mentally challenged, and her family life was difficult. The hardships in her life depressed her greatly. She then began practicing Falun Dafa, and to her great delight, both her mental and physical health have greatly improved.
However, Ms Du has been harassed, threatened, and arrested by the police frequently because of her spiritual belief and practice.
