(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Fan Guilan is Ms. Fan Guizhi's younger sister. She lives in Gaosheng Town, Panshan County, Liaoning Province. She was arrested the morning of June 30, 2010. Participating in the arrest were two officers from the Genhe City Police Department, along with two officers from the Panjin City Domestic Security Division and officers from the Panshan County Domestic Security Division and from Gaosheng Town. They took her to the Panjin City Detention Center.
Ms. Fan Guizhi, the older sister, was arrested back on January 16, 2010. Officers from the Genhe City Police Department and from Deerbuer Town Police Station made the arrest. She was subjected to one year of forced labor and is still in the Genhe City Detention Center.
At the end of 2002 Ms. Fan Guizhi had lost her job and was sentenced to three years of forced labor. While she was in Tumuji Forced Labor Camp in 2004 and 2005, guards Yin Guijuan, Zhai Qiuhua, Bao Jinlian, and Li Aiye cuffed her hands and feet and shocked her with electric baton for an entire morning. The torture left her chest and back covered with blisters. They also pulled out her hair in clumps. Ms. Fan screamed in pain, but they still did not stop.
Officers from the Genhe City Police Department and from the Panjin City Domestic Security Division have once again subjected Ms. Fan Guizhi to forced labor and are also attempting to send Ms. Fan Guilan, her younger sister, to a forced labor camp.
