(Clearwisdom.net) Ms. Pang Yujuan, 67, was tried in the Shenbei New District Courthouse in Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, on July 7, 2010. We learned that the proceedings lasted for 30 minutes only and concluded hurriedly. Police outside the courthouse blocked the entry gate with tables. They yelled at and drove away whoever came close.
Ms. Pang, in handcuffs, was seen getting out of a police vehicle around 9:00 a.m. and taken into the courthouse.
People asked the police why they were forbidden to enter and observe the proceedings. One officer answered, "Only today you are not allowed in." Another officer said in a low voice, "There is a case about Falun Gong today, so no observers are allowed. Hurry up and leave."
Ms. Pang Yujuan lives on Xinchengzi Street and is retired from the Liaoning Geological Team. She had suffered from incurable rheumatic heart disease but miraculously recovered after practicing Falun Gong.
