Because she told someone that Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good, the police arrested her and sentenced her one year of forced labor without notifying her family.
The brother and sister had been sentenced to five years' imprisonment and three years of forced labor, respectively. Even the prosecutor had nothing to response the lawyer's defense, the court still gave them six, four years term in a close-door sentence.
Their personal property has been confiscated and not returned.
Ms. Shi Meiling was arrested in March 2009 and died several months after her release in poor condition in January 2010.
Mr. Xu Zhi is presently held in Daqing prison where he has been held in solitary confinement and exposed to freezing temperatures.

Ms. Wang Yujie and a companion were arrested in March 2010. Ms Wang's mother Chen Ye subsequently disappeared while trying to locate her.
