1. [Renqiu, Hebei Province] High School Teacher Ms. Cui Yinxia Arrested
Ms. Cui Yinxia, a teacher at the Ma Village High School in Shimenqiao Township, went to the local police station to get her ID card on March 31, 2010. Officers from the Shimenqiao Police Station arrested and transported her to the Hebei Women's Prison that same day.
Ms. Cui was previously subjected to forced labor and held in custody numerous times in the Xinzhongyi Township Police Station, where she was grossly abused and tortured. Renqiu Court officials sentenced her to five years in prison in August 2008. Ms. Cui held a more than 70-day persecution protest hunger strike. When her condition became critical, the prison officials had to inform her family to take her home.

2. [Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province] Mr. Chang Cheng Arrested and His Home Ransacked
Mr. Chang Cheng from Shishan Village in the Haigang District was arrested on his way home from an out of town errand in late March. The police broke into his home, ransacked it, and confiscated cash and other personal property.

Xiejiaji District Court officials were to try Mr. Meng Qingguo and Mr. Li Hanqing at 8:00 a.m. on April 15, 2010.

4. [Huainan, Anhui Province] Several Practitioners Arrested; Mr. Xu Chengzhong's Leg Broken after a Beating
Huainan City Police Department's Domestic Security Division head Zhu Lin and a group of officers arrested Mr. Xu Chengzhong and Mr. Xu Fa around 11:00 a.m. on April 9, 2010, at their rented residence in the Tianjiaan District. They then proceeded to arrest Ms. Huang Chunrong. Ms. Shan Yonglan was arrested on April 10. The police pounded on the door of Ms. Li Fang's home between the night of April 9 and the morning of April 10. Ms. Li's whereabouts are unknown. Ms. Wang Xiaohong was arrested around 9:00 a.m. on April 13, 2010.
All arrested practitioners are currently in the Huainan Detention Center. Mr. Xu Chengzhong suffers from a broken leg because of violent beating.

5. [Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province] Practitioners Held at the Beilun Detention Center
Ms. Shi Xiaoying, born on November 7, 1964, lives in Hongxi Village, Chaiqiao Street, the Beilun District, Ningbo City. She was arrested twice and is now in the Beilun Detention Center.
Ms. Zhan Fengli, born on November 4, 1950, lives on Daqi Street in Tutou Village, the Beilun District, Ningbo City. She has been subjected to numerous arrests, detention, and home ransacking and is now in the Beilun Detention Center.
Ms. Li Yaling, born on December 8, 1959, lives in Zhujiaqian Village, Chaiqiao Street, the Beilun District, Ningbo City. She was twice arrested and detained. 610 Office agents often went to her home to harass and threaten her family. Ms. Li is now in the Beilun Detention Center.
6. [Langfang City, Hebei Province] Ms. Zhang Shulan and Ms. Yu Xueqing Arrested
Ms. Yu Xueqing, who is from Dongxiaoying Village, Luofa Town, the Anci District, and Ms. Zhang Shulan from Dongzhangwu Village were arrested at noon on April 13, 2010. More than 20 police officers pushed them into police vehicle and took them into custody.
7. [Kunming, Yunnan Province] Ms. Wang Shulan and Others Arrested
Ms. Wang Shulan, Ms. Yang Gongxiu, and Ms. Wu Qifen from Liangyuan were arrested at noon on April 12, 2010. The homes of Ms. Wu and Ms. Yang were ransacked. Ms. Wu's copy of Zhuan Falun, a computer and monitor, stereo system, an MP3 player, an MP4 player, and other personal property were confiscated.

8. [Zhaodong City, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Liu Shiliang Arrested
Zhaodong City police arrested Mr. Liu Shiliang from Liming Town on the afternoon of April 12, 2010. They confiscated a desktop computer from his home.
9. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Arrest of Mr. Dai Qingchang
Daqing Domestic Security Division officer Feng Haibo collaborated with Shao Guozhi from the Hongan District Police Department and more than ten others and arrested Mr. Dai Qingchang the afternoon of April 7, 2010, and ransacked his home. Mr. Dai is now in the Longfeng Detention Center.
10. [Mengyin County, Shandong Province] Mr. Yang Yudong's Home Ransacked
A group of people from Jiuzhai Township went to Mr. Yang Yudong's home to harass him around 3:00 p.m. on April 7, 2010. Only his wife was home. They took a DVD player, an MP3 player, and a photo of Master Li Hongzhi .
11. [Liaozhong County, Liaoning Province] Ms. Zhao Sumei Incarcerated at a Brainwashing Facility
Ms. Zhao Suemei is employed at the Kalima Village Hospital in Chengjiao Township. Liaozhong County 610 Office agents collaborated with the township government and took Ms. Zhao to the Zhangshi Brainwashing Center on the morning of April 12, 2010.

12. [Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Ding Junhua Arrested
No. 854 Farm 610 Office head Sun Shanfa and five other officers broke into Ms. Ding Junhua's home at 12:30 p.m, on April 13, 2010. They carried her to a vehicle and drove her to the Mudanjiang Agricultural Management Bureau.
13. [Pingyin, Shandong Province] Ms. Wang Ximei Arrested
Domestic Security Division head Yin Feng and a group of officers arrested Ms. Wang Ximei at home on the afternoon of April 13, 2010. Yin Feng has organized and participated in the persecution of many practitioners. Ms. Chen Aiyuan, Ms. Guo Changqin, and Ms. Liu Xiuping are still in the Jinan City Women's Forced Labor Camp.

14. [Gaoling County, Shaanxi Province] Ms. Li Huixia Arrested; Ms. Zhao Guifang's Whereabouts Unknown
Ms. Li Huixia and Ms. Zhao Guifang from Gaoling County were arrested prior to the Chinese New Year and were released days before the Chinese New Year. Ms. Li was once again arrested at home on March 25, 2010. Ms. Zhao's whereabouts are unknown.
15. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Lang Fengai Arrested
Fulin Township police collaborated with Tonghe County police and broke into Ms. Lang Fengai's home on April 1, 2010. They took Ms. Lang straight to the Tonghe County Detention Center.
16. [Tonghe County, Heilongjiang Province] Additional Information Regarding the Persecution of Ms. Jiang Shuyuan
The Minghui website (Chinese version of Clearwisdom) published an article regarding the persecution of Ms. Jiang Shuyuan on April 6, 2010. Officers from the Tonghe County Police Department went to her home on April 8. They took photos of the rooms and the entire house that Ms. Jiang's family members had tidied up. The police attempted to deny that they had broken into her home and turned things upside down.
Tonghe County Domestic Security Division agent Sun Xiaowu and others took 3,800 yuan that Ms. Jiang's family intended to use to purchase fertilizers and pesticides. Ms. Jiang and her husband do not have any other income and live off one shang [five mu] (approximately 33 acres) of paddy fields. Ms. Jiang is still being held in the Tonghe County Detention Center. Her family is forbidden to visit her.

17. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Mr. Liu Jin Held in Custody
Officers from the Dongsheng Police Station in the Erdao District arrested Mr. Liu Jin around 10:00 p.m. on April 6, 2010. To our knowledge, Ms. Liu has been transported to the Weizigou Forced Labor Camp.
18. [Neijiang, Sichuan Province] Ms. Wang Qingfang Incarcerated at a Brainwashing Facility
Ms. Wang Qingfang, 70, lives in housing affiliated with the Neijiang City Forging Plant. She left home on the morning of April 8, 2010, and did not return that day. Officers from the Haozikou Police Station, along with neighborhood officers and officers from the Forging Plant community, went to her home the next day. They told her family to deliver clothing for her. Not until then did her family learn that Ms. Wang had been taken to the Xiejiaba Brainwashing Center.
19. [Chengdu, Sichuan Province] Mr. Deng Weijian Taken to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center
Xiaojiayuan community officers collaborated with officers from the Dawan Police Station. They convinced Mr. Deng Weijian to go to the Dawan Police Station in early March 2010 to fetch his ID card. They then took him to the Xinjin Brainwashing Center, where he still is.
20. [Shandong Province] Two Practitioners Held at the Jinan City Mental Hospital
To our knowledge, Jinan City Mental Hospital officials are hold two women practitioners. The doctors there forcibly injected and force-feed them drugs.
Ms. Li Yanfang, in her 30s, a teacher, was previously subjected to three years of forced labor. Her latest arrest was in 2007 in Zaozhuang.
Ms. Li Wenli, 41, was arrested and held in the mental hospital since 2007.
21. [Beijing] Ms. Wang Shulan Held in the Shunyi Women's Detention Center
Ms. Wang Shulan was arrested on April 7, 2010 and is now at the Shunyi Women's Detention Center.
22. [Zhucheng, Shandong Province] Mr. Li Liang and Others Given Prison Terms
Zhucheng and Linyi police arrested Mr. Li Liang from Zhucheng City on March 15, 2009. Zhucheng Court officials sentenced him to six years in prison. Ms. Liu Peizhi and Mr. Zhao Chongsen were each given two and a half years in prison. Ms. Liu will appeal. The three practitioners are now in a detention center. They were not given enough food and did forced labor. Mr. Li Liang is emaciated and hard to recognize.

23. [Shenyang, Liaoning Province] Mr. Wu Chunshan Grossly Abused and Hospitalized
Mr. Wu Chunshan was subjected to gross abuse and torture at the Shenxin Forced Labor Camp and is now receiving medical care at the Tiexi No. 8 Hospital
24. [Baiyin, Gansu Province] Ms. Li Qiaolian and Three Others Given Prison Terms
Ms. Li Qiaolian, who is retired from the Yinguang Factory in Baiyin City, and four other practitioners were arrested on April 24, 2008, at their rented residence. Officers from the Baiyin City Domestic Security Division and agents from the 610 Office made the arrests. The five practitioners were held at the Jingtai Detention Center and denied family visitations.
Jingtai Court officials covertly tried these practitioners on February 21, 2010. A woman practitioner was released, and two male practitioners were each sentenced to eight years in prison. Ms. Li and another woman practitioner were each given a six-year prison term. They were given 40 days to appeal.
25. [Daqing, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wu Hongjun Arrested
Mr. Wu Hongjun was arrested on March 28, 2010, as he distributed Falun Gong informational materials.
26. [Wuxi, Jiangsu Province] Mr. Wang Weineng Faces Trial
Mr. Wang Weineng is a former employee of the Xiu County No.2 Hospital in Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. He was persecuted numerous times for remaining steadfast in his belief in Falun Gong. Xiu County 610 Office agents arrested him several years ago for writing a pair of couplets with messages encouraging people to be kind. They attempted to send him to a forced labor camp, but Mr. Wang escaped. He eventually found a job at a hospital in Wuxi City. Wuxi City 610 Office agents arrested him in 2009 and will bring him to trial on April 16, 2010.
