1. [Rizhao City, Shandong Province] Fifteen Practitioners Arrested
Since January 14, 2010, fifteen practitioners have been arrested by the 610 Office, and their homes ransacked. They were detained in a Rizhao City detention center.
On January 14, Ms. Mou Zengyan was arrested at work. Others arrested that day were Ms. Hong Meishuang, Ms. Wang Yun, Ms. Liu Guiqin, Mr. Wang Youxian, and Ms. Gao Xiuhua.
Ms. Zhuang Li's home was ransacked.
On January 16, Ms. Liu Hairong was arrested at home.
In the morning on January 17, police officers arrested Mr. Li Yantin and Ms. Ding Yinyu and her husband, not a practitioner.
In the morning on January 19, officers arrested Ms. Yan Dongmei at a company in Rizhao Harbor.
2. [Lixian County, Hebei Province] Mr. Zhu Junqiang Refused Release for Medical Treatment
Mr. Zhu Junqiang from Lixian County was sentenced to forced labor on September 26, 2009, and was held at the No. 4 Division of Gaoyang Forced Labor Camp.
On January 3, 2010, Mr. Zhu injured his arm in the workshop. Officials at the camp refused to release him for medical treatment and forbid family visits.

3. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. He Qigui and Ms. Chen Cuichang Arrested
On December 31, 2009, Ms. He Qigui, 60, and Ms. Chen Cuichang, in her 50s, were arrested by Shuangshuinian police officers in Chengdu City when the two women were telling people about Falun Gong. Their whereabouts are unknown.
4. [Yanbian City, Jilin Province] Mr. Tang Yibin Sentenced to Forced Labor
Mr. Tang Yibin, 35, was an editor at the Yanbian Morning newspaper. He was arrested by officers from the Yanjie City Police Department and sentenced to one and a half years of forced labor. He is imprisoned in the Jiutai Forced Labor Camp in Jilin Province.
5. [Jilin City, Jilin Province] Ms. Wu Xiaohong Homeless
Ms. Wu Xiaohong from Jilin City was arrested on June 29, 2007, at work and taken to the Jilin City Detention Center after having been tortured that entire night. In 2008, she was sentenced to a three-year prison term, which was suspended for the same amount of time. The police kept harassing her, so she left her home and moved from place to place. Han Cheng from the City Police Department ransacked Ms. Wu's home and confiscated nearly 80,000 yuan, an MP3 player, and other belongings.

6. [Changchun City, Jilin Province] Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp Detained Twenty-Six Practitioners
The No. 6 Division of Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp, Changchun City, is specifically used for detaining and persecuting practitioners. Twenty-six practitioners are being held at that camp.
