(Clearwisdom.net) On the morning of December 16, 2009, seven policemen, including Chen Yulong and another officer surnamed Wang from the Domestic Security Division in the Lianshan District of Huludao City and Li Fenjun, Li Xiaobo, and three others from the Huagong Police Station arrived at Ms. Wang Lixiang's home. When she refused to open the door, the officers broke in and ransacked her home. They confiscated many of her personal belongings and illegally arrested her. After being questioned at the Lianshan District Domestic Security Division, she was taken to the Huludao City Detention Center, where she is currently detained.

Ms. Wang's family was told on December 25, by phone, that her arrest had been ordered by the authorities.

Ms. Wang previously worked for the Research Institute of Liaoning Jinxi Chemical Industry Group Co. She began practicing Falun Gong in May 1997 and has derived many physical and psychological benefits from the practice. She is viewed as a good person by those who come into contact with her.

Since the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) began persecuting Falun Gong on July 20, 1999, she has been subjected to much mistreatment at the hands of the communist authorities. She was illegally detained several times for over 30 days, sent to brainwashing sessions twice for over 40 days, and held in the Masanjia Forced Labor Camp for three years. The local government officials extorted from her 3,000 yuan in cash. She has also been repeatedly harassed, tracked, placed under surveillance, and subjected to telephone monitoring. She and her family have also suffered great harm during the sensitive dates.

Ms. Wang went to Beijing on February 28, 2000, to legally appeal for justice for Falun Gong but was arrested and sent back to her hometown. She was held in a detention center for a month and was then ordered to attend brainwashing sessions in Xingchen City for about a month. She was subsequently ordered to attend more brainwashing sessions for over 20 days at the Dongshan Nursing Home in Huludao City.

In April 2004, officers from Lianshan District Police Department in Huludao City, led by Zhang Junsheng, Liu Xijun, and Liu Xingcheng, attempted to arrest her by tracking and stalking her. Since she figured out their intent, she managed to avoid being arrested again but was forced to leave home for over a month.

On May 19, 2004, a group of police officers unexpectedly knocked on her door while she was at home. When she refused to open the door, the officers smashed through her anti-theft windows, broke into her house, and ransacked it. She was arrested and taken to the Huludao City Detention Center.

After being held in the detention center for eight days, Lianshan District Domestic Security Division secretly sent her to the Liaoning Masanjia Forced Labor Camp without notifying her family. Masanjia Forced Labor Camp later called the family and told them that Ms. Wang had been sentenced to three years of forced labor.

In the forced labor camp, guards tried to "reform" her and make her renounce her belief in Falun Gong through torture. The torture included forcing her to sit on a small stool for long periods of time, sleep deprivation, beatings, knocking out her teeth, and other methods. Su Jing, Zhang Xiurong, Zhou Qian, Dai Yuhong, and others were involved in the persecution. Ms. Wang was not released from Masanjia Forced Labor Camp until April 5, 2007.
