(Clearwisdom.net) LOS ANGELES--At Thursday evening's Shen Yun performance in the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, the grand display of traditional Chinese culture, aspresented through Chinese classical dance and music, captured the hearts of many.
One viewer, Mr. Naderkhani, has enjoyed the show so much, that he has already taken 14 different family members to see the show while it has been in Los Angeles this year.
Mr. Naderkhani is the general manager of the Beverly Hills branch of a large international chain of hotels. He said of Shen Yun, "I go to Beijing a lot. ... I've seen little pieces [of shows] around the world, and this is the best put-together show I've ever seen."
"It's wonderfully done. This show is by far one of the best I've seen around the world," he said.

"In mainland China when you go see the shows, it's usually one region at a time," he said. "They don't take us to China as [Shen Yun] have done, where [they] take us from one region to another. It's so wonderfully put together, you feel like you're sitting on a plane traveling through China."
Of the many dance pieces in Shen Yun, some depict the different regions and ethnic groups of China, through the use of both classical Chinese dance and the dances of those ethnic groups. The show also employs a rich, digital backdrop to paint the scenes more vividly.
"I love the dancers," said Mr. Naderkhani. "There's so much energy with the dancers. I have no idea how they do it. They must spend hours and hours a day exercising to be able to put on a show like this."
"They're wonderful young talents," he continued.
Chinese classical dance is a demanding, complete dance form, with moves that include many types of jumps, flips, and turns. It has developed over thousands of years as a part of China's 5,000-year-old culture, and is capable of a wide range of expression.
"Next time [Shen Yun] come to town, let us know earlier so we don't miss the show," said Mr. Naderkhani.
