(Clearwisdom.net) Before retirement, an elderly practitioner worked in a factory that had about 500 employees. After the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party was published, she went back to the factory to save people from sharing the ultimate fate of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). She exposed the CCP persecution of Falun Gong and explained why the CCP would be destroyed. She urged her former co-workers to quit the Party and its affiliated organizations; more than 90% of the employees quit. This was all due to the practitioner's efforts.
After the practitioner retired, the social environment in the factory changed. One man enjoyed high prestige among his colleagues due to his upright behavior. As a result, he was elected factory manager. At that time, Jiang Zemin's thugs were vigorously suppressing Falun Gong. The higher authorities called meetings now and then to assign the execution of the persecution of Falun Gong to various individuals. The manager never participated in the meetings, saying that he was too busy with business. He also told his employees, "Do not go to any meeting involved with persecuting Falun Gong. Just say we have clients from Beijing or Shanghai waiting to pick up their cargo." The higher authorities could only yell over the phone, "Watch out for the Falun Gong practitioners in your factory!" The manager just ignored it.
Afterwards the manager was told to assign someone to monitor the senior practitioner in her neighborhood. He retorted, "What is wrong with Falun Gong? Before the persecution, so many scientists and senior officials practiced Falun Gong. The practitioners in my factory never make any trouble. Their health just gets better and better, and they have great dispositions. Is that not good?" Over the phone he heard a sharp intake of breath." It is the government's order to ban Falun Gong. How do you dare oppose that? Do you still want to be the manager?"
The manager said tranquilly, "If you think I am not qualified to be a manager, you can do as you see fit." Then he hung up the phone.
Due to his protection, the practitioners in the factory did not suffer much mistreatment. Due to his attitude, most of the employees did not have any negative views of Falun Gong, so they had no qualms about quitting the CCP. During that period, the economic situation of the factory also improved.
In that difficult situation, the manager not only held righteous thoughts towards Falun Gong but also behaved righteously towards the Falun Gong practitioners. He was not removed from his position, his child got a good job, and his family was happy.
