Solemn Declaration

After July 20, 1999, the authorities of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) stored in my computer a list of the names of all Falun Gong practitioners in my locality. By doing so the authorities were thereby clued in whenever Falun Gong practitioners left their homes for other cities. In this way, the Party officials were enabled to go make trouble for these practitioners. For instance, if practitioners went to Beijing to visit their friends or relatives on the so-called sensitive dates, the authorities would stop the bus to check the ID of its passengers. Once found to be practitioners, they would be detained or forced to renounce Falun Gong. As a taxi driver, I was stopped by two officials when I was driving two passengers to Beijing. They asked me if I practiced Falun Gong and I said, "I stopped practicing it two years ago." Now I understand that there is nothing wrong with believing in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and it is completely fine to maintain good health by practicing Falun Gong. The CCP is doing bad things to persecute good people by forbidding people from practicing Falun Gong. I hereby state to all that my disavowal of Dafa and disrespect of its founder is null and void. From this day forward, I will tell people that Falun Dafa is good and that Falun Dafa is a righteous way.

Solemn Declaration

Because of the lies of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), I did not understand the truth about Falun Gong before. When my son was persecuted for practicing Falun Gong, I burned his Falun Gong books and wrote disrespectful words against Falun Gong and its founder. Now I recognize the truth that Falun Dafa is good and it saves people, while the CCP is truly bad. I hereby state to all that such disrespect of Falun Gong and its founder is null and void. From now on I will proclaim that Falun Dafa is good and Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is good. With my true heart I will support and maintain the righteousness of Dafa.
