Peng Liang to Become Homeless
Zheng Ninghan and six officers from the Ningxiang County
612 Office and the State Security Bureau ransacked the home of
Ms. Peng Liang from Ningxiang during the night of April 17, 2008.
They took a computer, Falun Gong materials, a laptop computer that
her husband uses for office work in his company, and other items
worth over 10,000 yuan.

Ms. Zhen Haiyan is from Xinhua Village, Dayangshu Town. She was illegally arrested along with Ms. Wang Guilan when she was visiting Ms. Wang at her home on November 6, 2009. It was the third time that Ms. Zhen has been arrested. Ms. Wang's daughter was also arrested and sustained black eyes from the beating police gave her before releasing her later. Ms. Wang's notebook computer was taken.
4. [Jining City, Shandong Province] Ms. Shi Xiumei and Others Arrested and Taken to a Brainwashing Facility
Liangshan County 610 Office agents took Ms. Shi Xiumei from Chazhuang Village and an unidentified practitioner from Dushan Village to the Jinan Brainwashing Center several days ago [in late October or early November 2009].
Ms. Yan Ruiying is a retired schoolteacher from Liangshan County. She was released after having been persecuted at the Jinnan Brainwashing Center for 13 days. She had held a three-day hunger strike to protest the unbearable persecution, and she showed symptoms of a serious illness. The brainwashing center authorities released her to avoid accountability.

Xinzhai Town Police Station officers arrested Ms. Kan Xiaoru from Leting County at around 6:00 p.m. on September 27, 2009. She was held at the Leting County Detention Center for about two weeks and then sent to the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp for a two-year term. Four practitioners in Leting County are currently serving two years of forced labor: Mr. Zhang Xigong is being held at the Shijiazhuang Forced Labor Camp, Ms. Cao Yachun and Ms. Kan Xiaoru are in the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp, and Mr. Yan Depu is in the Hehuakeng Forced Labor Camp.
8. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Bi Junqing and His Wife and Others Handed Prison Terms
Northeast District Police Station officers from Zhaogezhuang Mine in the Guye District arrested Mr. Bi Junqing and his wife, 55-year-old Wang Shouping, on September 11, 2009, and ransacked their home. Mr. Bi is employed at the Zhaogezhuang Mine in Tangshan City. Ms. Wang is retired from the Guye District Grain Supply Center. Ms. Wang is being held at the Luquan Women's Prison in Shijiazhuang City.
Ms. Wu Jin from the Guye District of Tangshan City was arrested and taken to the Nanpu Development Zone Police Station when she was distributing Falun Gong materials. She is being held at the Kaiping Forced Labor Camp.
9. [Panshi City, Jilin Province] Ms. Pei Xiulan and Others Transferred to Different Prisons
Practitioners who were previously detained in Panshi City have been transferred to different prisons. Ten practitioners--Ms. Pei Xiulan, Ms. Peng Kunyan, Ms. Zhou Fengyan, Ms. Sun Fenglan, Ms. Li Yanrong, Ms. Liu Limei, Ms. Jiang Fengyun, Ms. Li Ping, Ms. Liu Xia and Ms. Qian Yi'ai--have been transferred to the Heizuizi Prison in Changchun City.
Mr. Qu Gui, Mr. Ding Jingwen, and Mr. Liu Mei were transferred to the Jilin Prison.
Mr. Liu Qingtian, Mr. Yu Xiaojian, Mr. Zhang Dong, Ms. Song Yuzhu, and Ms. Wang Yanchun were transferred to Sheshilingzi.
10. [Xishui County, Hubei Province] The Persecution of Mr. Wan Jieying
Five officers from the Xima Town Police Station and the town's Party and Administration Comprehensive Office broke into the home of Mr. Wan Jiying in Wangdangpu Village in Xima Town on the morning of October 19, 2009. They arrested Mr. Wan and took him into custody. They also took Falun Gong books, informational materials, a TV set, a DVD player, and other personal belongings. His wife who has recently recovered from a serious illness is left home alone. Mr. Wan is being held at the Xishui County No.1 Detention Center.

11. [Tai'an City, Shandong Province] Mr. Hou Cunshang, Ms. Zhou Ailing, and Others Arrested
Officers from the Daiyue District Police Department Politics and Security Section and the Fangcun Town Police Station of the Daiyue District broke in the home of Mr. Hou Cunshang, in his late 40s, from Xiaozhuang Village, Fangcun Town, on October 30, 2009. They arrested Mr. Hou and his wife and ransacked their home. Other police officers also broke into the home of Ms. Zhou Ailing, in her 40s, from Fang Village, Fangcun Town. They arrested her and ransacked her home. Both Mr. Hou and Ms. Zhou are being held at the Tai'an City Detention Center.

Domestic Security Division agents arrested 69-year-old Ms. Song Xiuyu at home at 10:00 a.m. on October 21, 2009. Ms. Song was held at the Muling City Detention Center but was released later due to her poor health.
