Mr. Huang Lizhong was sentenced to nine years in prison. To cover the fact that guards had almost killed him with electric baton shocks, the prison did not allow his wife to visit him for five months. When Mrs. Huang eventually saw him on October 20, 2009, she couldn't recognize him. He died five days later.

Local CCP authorities sentenced her to forced labor. The "evidence" are a computer, a printer, some materials about Falun Gong and the book Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party at her home.
