(Clearwisdom.net) During a telephone conversation on May 22, Chinese Consul General Peng Keyu in NY admitted that the Chinese Consulate was the organizer and instigator behind the violent assaults of Falun Gong practitioners in Flushing. If what Peng Keyu said could provide overriding evidence of the Communist regime's crimes overseas, then in over a week, except that the regime quickly deleted the audio and video recording of Peng Keyu's conversations on their websites, their silence in the face of these allegations could provide the circumstantial evidence that the regime is involved in the crimes overseas.

Each time the Chinese regime acted in an arrogant and despotic manner during the persecution of Falun Gong, it would "pick up a stone and hit its own foot." There are several examples attesting to this: The Tiananmen Square "self-immolation" incident broadcast on CCTV for example; the regime set out to demonize Falun Gong in an attempt to justify their persecution; however, as if guided by a ghost, in the split second the armed police officer hit Liu Chunling by striking her head with a hard object, killing her, the scene was filmed and shown to the public, providing evidence of their killing Liu on the spot. It seemed as if the regime was declaring to all: we are acting in a play in which we were committing murder and framing Falun Gong. When the evildoers became aware of "having given the game away," they quickly deleted those filmed scenes, just like they had done with Peng Keyu's audio and video recordings on the websites recently.

A couple more incidents deserve mention: a few years ago, the Chinese deputy Consul General in Toronto flagrantly abused his power and tried to slander Falun Gong practitioners through the Western media. However, the Ontario State Court in Canada charged him with defamation.

Agents at the Chinese Embassy in Montreal instigated the Chinese Press newspaper to publish articles to attack Falun Gong. On May 14, 2008, the Canadian Appeals Court of Quebec handed down a judgement: The Chinese Press was guilty of defamation. This judgement also determined the nature of over twenty kinds of regime-concocted rumors, which the Chinese Press quoted. Such lies are the very foundation on which the regime bases and has carried out their persecution of Falun Gong.

Another example concerns Divine Performing Arts' global tour. Wherever the company went, regime-supported agents would busy themselves making phone calls, sending slanderous letters, trying to stop Western government officials and the general public from attending the show. What the regime representatives did not expect was that their conduct outraged many government officials and the general public. This actually had the opposite effect and encouraged more people to attend the performances.

Regarding the incidents in Flushing: If Peng Keyu had not been in such a rush to brag about his deeds, and if he had the slightest knowledge and respect for the "Vienna Convention on Consular Relations," perhaps we would not have heard of his testimony. Peng Keyu, using Cultural-Revolution style tactics, played the same role the regime has played for nine years in their persecution of Falun Gong - instigation, scheming, using violence, cooking up lies, intimidation and bribery. Nevertheless, the CCP's fate is that of one always "picking a stone to hitting its own foot." All the evildoing regime's crimes are being recorded: not only by gods, but human beings will also learn about these crimes and clearly recognize its true nature in the end.
