Falun Gong practitioner Ms. Zheng Youmei was imprisoned in the Nanmusi Women's Forced Labor Camp for 23 months from 1999 through 2001. Then local CCP authorities locked and tortured her in a brainwashing center for over 5 months. She was arrested again in November 2007, and died in the same forced labor camp on November 2, 2008.

Ms. Yang Shuqing, 68, is a retired teacher and her daughter were arrested before the Olympics, because of their belief in Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. They have been detained for over four months, with Ms. Yang's husband left at home without any care.

Nov. 23

Ms. Yang Jiaye was sentenced to two years of forced labor for playing Falun Gong music on the street. He died in the forced labor camp on November 18, 2008, within five months from the date of his arrest.

Falun Gong Mr. Zhang Litian was arrested by CCP using the excuse of the Olympics in April 2008, and was secretly sentenced five years in prison in August. He died in jail on November 18.
