1. [Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province] Ms. Zou Xiaoying Mistreated at Police Hospital
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zou Xiaoying was arrested by police from Mudanjiang City and Ning'an National Security Section on February, 11, 2006. Reportedly, Ms. Zou was severely mistreated. She is currently at Mudanjiang City Police Hospital.

2. [Wendeng City, Shandong Province] Ms. Xie Lexiao Secretly Arrested
On the night of September 20, 2006, policemen Xiang Hongping and Sun Guohai from the Wendeng City State Security Team, went into Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xie Lexiao's house in Beima Village, Songcun Town. Ms. Xie, nearly 60 years old, was secretly arrested.
3. [Hulunbei'er Prefecture, Inner Mongolia] Ms. Zhang Fenglan Tried
On September 20, 2006, four Falun Dafa practitioners including Ms. Zhang Fenglan, Ms. Meng Huiling, Ms. Hou Fengrong and Mr. Sun Guangjun (from Qiqihar City, Heilongjiang Province) were tried for the third time by Zhalantun City Court in Hulunbei'er Prefecture. The cases were handed to Hulunbei'er Prefecture Middle Court for a decision.
On March 28, 2006, twenty-four Falun Dafa practitioners were arrested in Zhalantun City. Ms. Sun Xiulian, Mr. Zhou Weiguo, Mr. Zhou Shuang were taken to Tumuji Labor Camp in Zhalaite Prefecture. Mr. Zhao Jianchun and Mr. Wang Xiaochun were also sentenced to forced labor and are now detained at Arong Prefecture Detention Center. Ms. Zhang Fenglan, Ms. Meng Huiling and Mr. Sun Guangjun are also detained at Arong Prefecture Detention Center. Ms. Hou Fengrong was later transferred to Arong Prefecture Detention Center from Zhalantun City.

4. [Shifang City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Chen Hongying Arrested and Mistreated
On the morning of September 25, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Daguo, a retired railway worker of Luoshui Town, Shifang City, was resting at home. His two relatives, Ms. Chen Hongying and Ms. Xiao Kaiqun, were talking and were reported by neighbors. Policemen from Shifang City Department, State Security Team, Luoshui Town Station and related town government officers arrested three people. Three practitioners' houses were searched soon afterward. At Ms. Xiao's house, policemen took copies of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party, truth-clarification stickers, and MP3 players.
5. [Guiyang City, Guizhou Province] Ms. Shen Chengxiu and Four Other
Practitioners Arrested
At around 9:30 a.m. on October 2, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Shen
Chengxiu, Ms. Leng Maoxian, Ms. Wang Jie and Ms. Wei (first name unknown) were
arrested by policemen from Qianling Park Station when they were at Qianling Park
in Guiyang City.
6. [Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province] Mr. He Tailong Arrested by 610 Office Agents at Work
On the afternoon of September 27, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. He Tailong from Lianzhou City, Guangdong Province, who works at Haizhu District, Guangzhou City, was arrested by police and a group of people (about ten) from the 610 Office. There were also plainclothes spies in the building using the excuse of checking the fire protection and detection system. They went into his workplace and arrested him without showing any paperwork. Presently, there is no information on Mr. He Tailong's whereabouts.
7. [Dalian City, Liaoning Province] Mr. Cong Wei Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Cong Wei, around 35, was arrested by about ten policemen from Ganjingzi Department and Jiaojinshan Station in Ganjingzi Branch at 6:00 a.m. on September 12, 2006. The police searched his house. At that time, police in plainclothes went into his house with a master key. A few of Cong Wei's hard disks, two mobile phones, and Dafa materials were confiscated. Later, policemen also arrested Mr. Cong's colleague (also a practitioner). At about 10:00 a.m., Mr. Cong's wife was detained and not released until 6:00 p.m. (his wife does not practice Falun Gong).

8. [Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province] Mr. Zhou Dailiang Arrested by 610 Office Agents
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Dailiang was arrested by Hongyuan County 610 Office agents in Aba Prefecture in early September 2006. His family members were threatened, being told that only after they paid thousands of yuan would Ms. Zhou be released. Up to now, he has not been released.
9. [Wuhan City, Hubei Province] Ms. Xu Huifang Arrested
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Xu Huifang was arrested by policemen from
Huanghelou Station when she was delivering truth-clarification materials at
Simenkou of Wuchang District on the night of August 30, 2006. That night, she
was taken to the Dongting Police Station at Shuiguohu and detained. Twenty-four
hours later, she was taken to Dongxi Lake at Hankou District, Wuhan City. Her
family members were not allowed to visit her or to send her clothing. At the
time it was very hot, but Ms. Xu did not have any personal belongings with her.
She could not change her clothes for an entire month. Reportedly from inside
information, Ms. Xu was transferred to Yangyuan Brainwashing Center in Wuchang.
Around the clock she was deprived of sleep. A high-wattage light was used to
blind her as several people abused her mentally.
10. [Benxi County, Liaoning Province] Falun Dafa Practitioner Ms. Zhang from Nandian Town, Benxi County Arrested While Clarifying the Truth and Taken to Shenyan City
11. [Chengdu City, Sichuan Province] Ms. Su Weirong Arrested and Taken to Xinjin Brainwashing Center
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Su Weirong, who lives at 39 Hongji Road, Building 5, Rm 4-40 in Chengdu City, was arrested by a security guard while she was delivering truth-clarification materials on September 29, 2006. She was taken to Shuijingfang Police Station and then transferred to Pi County Brainwashing Center. The brainwashing center refused to accept her after she was examined and diagnosed with high blood pressure. Later she was taken to Xinjin Brainwashing Center.
12. [Anshan City, Liaoning Province] Ms. Jin Caiyu Sentenced
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Jin Caiyu, Ms. Chi Qinghua and Ms. Chi Qing'ai are being detained at Anshan City First Detention Center. They were each sentenced to six years in prison.
13. [Changzhi City, Shanxi Province] Persecution of Mr. Zhang Yanbing
Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhang Yanbing has been on a hunger strike for thirty five days to protest the sentence he received on August 29, 2006. He appealed to Changzhi City Middle Court. The middle court confirmed the decision to "sustain the original sentencing." Reportedly, three Falun Dafa practitioners will be put into prison around October 8, 2006.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Qi Like has been missing for a long time. Reportedly, he was recently arrested at his apartment by spies around September 23 or 24, 2006, and is detained in Ward 113 of the Luohu District Detention Center in Shenzhen City.
16. [Zhaozhou County, Heilongjiang Province] Mr. Wang Shuling and Mr. Liu Zhenhai Arrested and Extorted
Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Shuling, 45, a housewife who lives in Tuogu Township, Zhaozhou County in Heilongjiang Province, went to Wanlong Police Station in Shuangcheng County to get permission to visit her sister who is detained at the women's prison. She clarified the truth to policemen and was arrested by Liu Guocheng (male), head of Wanlong Station, and Li Yueliang (male), deputy head. She has been detained in Shuangcheng Second Police Station for 55 days and extorted of 1000 yuan.

Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Liu Zhenhai, 41, is a good bricklayer of a construction team in Tuogu Township, Zhaozhou County. He was reported while clarifying the truth on the night of December 19, 2004. He was arrested by police from Tuogu Station. That night, he was detained at Zhaozhou County North Prison. He was sentenced to one year of forced labor fifty days later. He escaped with righteous thoughts but was extorted of 500 yuan.
17. [Tangshan City, Hebei Province] Mr. Li Xiangjie and Mr. Zhang Shuangyong Arrested
At about 10:30 p.m on September 28, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioners from Tangshan City, Mr. Li Xiangjie and Mr. Zhang Shuangyong, were arrested by seven or eight policemen from the Fengrun District National Security Team. They were taken to Fengrun District Detention Center.
18. [Chenghai City, Guangdong Province] Mr. Zhang Huajun Arrested
On the afternoon of September 27, 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Zhang Huajun was arrested by
police officers headed by Chen Xianzhong, chief of Chenghai City 610 Office, on the first floor of Nanxingyuan. The policemen had been tracking her. She was taken to Shantou City Brainwashing Center. Now there is only one practitioner, Ms. Zhang Huajun, in the brainwashing center. She has been surrounded by eight guards and been on a hunger strike. She is currently in a critical situation.

In mid-September 2006, Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Yaqun, a resident of
Guiyang City, was arrested by police from the park police station while she was
clarifying the truth in Hebin Park. Up to now, there is no further information
on her whereabouts.
