I Understand Dafa Now
The benevolence, care and enthusiasm displayed by Falun Dafa practitioners has helped me to understand Falun Dafa.
I am a farmer in my 50's from Hebei Province. I suffered from a severe stomach disease, and surgery at the hospital cost me more than 14,000 Yuan (1). Still, it did not cure the disease. During the two months after the surgery, I could not leave my bed and could not eat anything on my own, completely relying on infusions. As a result, I became terribly skinny and lost all my hair. While I was in such critical condition, several Dafa practitioners visited me and gave me a book, Zhuan Falun, along with the lectures of Master Li and the exercises demo videotapes. I started reading the book and listening to the lectures from then on. Within a month, all of my terrible suffering disappeared. I feel extremely well and my appetite has recovered as well. I deeply appreciate the miraculous power of Falun Dafa after being saved from the painful suffering of the disease.
I have truly benefited from Falun Dafa and I hope my experience can help people to learn more about Falun Dafa, understand Falun Dafa, and benefit from it.
The Whole Family Benefits from One Practitioner
I live in Damiao Township in Chaoyang City, Liaoning Province, and I have benefited greatly from Falun Dafa. In November of 2003, I drove a truck to work, to remove stones from the mine. The miners quickly filled my truck with about four and a half tons of stones. I was supposed to drive the truck to the top of a hill. When I was close to the top, the truck lost power and could not move any further; I checked the brake but the brake stopped working. The truck slipped backwards and was quickly heading towards a cliff. More than 20 miners at the scene were all terrified, not knowing what to do. My father shouted out to me to jump out of the truck but the truck was moving too fast for me to jump at all. I closed my eyes holding the steering wheel, thinking that I was going to die. When the truck was about half a meter away from the cliff, a force suddenly stopped the truck. I immediately realized it was the Master of Falun Dafa who saved me, because my mother is a Dafa practitioner. It is truly as Master said, the whole family would benefit from one practitioner. When the truck stopped, I saw all 20 miners standing there shocked and my uncle shaking. I am only 18 years old, and I know that it was Falun Dafa and Master who gave me a second life.
