1. More Details of How Engineer Gao Dong Suffered a Mental Collapse Due to Torture

Mr. Gao Dong was an executive engineer employed by the Survey Department of the Liaohe Oil Field. He is 37 years old and graduated from Liaohe Oil Field University. He has been arrested many times because he firmly cultivates Falun Dafa. Mr. Gao was detained and tortured in the Panjin Labor Camp in October 2003 and suffered a mental collapse as a result. He was then transferred to the Benxi Labor Camp, where he continued to be tortured and suffered further mental devastation.

2. Falun Dafa Practitioner Luo Xiaoxing Being Tortured

Practitioner Mr. Luo Xiaoxing was born on December 23, 1973, and has an associate college degree. He went to peacefully appeal on behalf of Falun Dafa many times and has been arrested and detained. During his detention, Mr. Luo was suspended from a metal window frame with three pairs of handcuffs from 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. The police kept raising his handcuffs higher, slapping his face, and pouring cold water over his head so he would not close his eyes or go to sleep. The police pinched Mr. Luo's wrists and throat until they were swollen, and harassed him by poking his belly with chopsticks. On September 15, 2003, Mr. Luo Xiaoxing was sentenced to nine years in prison together with five other practitioners, including Mr. He Yuanchao and Mr. Geng Dexin.

1. Evil Receives Its Own Reward

Ever since the persecution began on July 20, 1999, the Chang-an First Factory "610 Office," which is located within the police station in Jiangbeidashiba, Chongqing City, actively persecuted Falun Gong practitioners. They conducted illegal arrests, held brainwashing classes, pressured practitioners to write statements renouncing Falun Dafa, forced practitioners to get divorces, sentenced practitioners labor camp terms, ransacked practitioners' homes, and terminated practitioners' employment. The "610 Office" head, Deng Changlong (male), died less than six months after being diagnosed with tuberculosis in 2000. The second "610 Office" head, Wu Wei (male, in his fifties), has cancer and will have surgery shortly. Another "610 Office" member, Yan Mingxiang (male, in his forties), has constant headaches, insomnia, and his face is sallow and pale. His wife is sick with leukemia, with no hope of a cure.
